Welcome to Lookout Lodge, Sun Peaks, where the view is breathtaking and relaxation is at your fingertips! Come enjoy the upcoming winter season with; numerous indoor and outdoor to enjoy while staying with us in Sun Peaks!

Located in the prestigious Lookout Ridge neighbourhood in the East Village, Lookout Lodge’s namesake comes from the spectacular views of Morrisey Mountain as well as the stunning views in the Sun Peaks Valley which would make any vacation memorable!

After a long day of skiing, biking, hiking or golfing, come back to the Lodge and enjoy some time on the upper deck, taking in the views and enjoying dinner or, if your body is wanting some relaxation and recuperation, enjoy the hot tub on the covered deck.

On the top floor you will find the open concept, fully-equipped kitchen, a table for 10, seating at the island, living room with lounge furniture, custom made tables, local artwork, an outside patio, half bath, and the master bedroom with ensuite. A gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV complete the living room while a flat-screen TV is also located in the master bedroom.

The 2nd floor contains a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed, a full bath, and a new sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV, DVD player, VCR, DVD’s, laundry, outside deck with seating for 6, BBQ, and hot tub are also on this level. Laundry facilities are available as well on this floor, tucked into the hall closet for your convenience.

Overall, this newly built 3-bedroom home comes with 2 full and one 1/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, 3TV/1DVD, complimentary Wireless Internet (password located on the fridge), and outside parking for maximum 3 vehicles, as per by-law. Lookout Lodge can sleep up to 10 people with four queen beds and a brand new hide-a-bed on the lower level. There is also a play-yard available for those with young families and a baby gate.

No smoking and no pets please. There is a rented suite with separate entrance on the north corner of the house. Should you require anything during your stay at Lookout Lodge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Slopeside Management, in-resort management.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that lift tickets are purchased prior to booking, as cancelling due to sold out lift tickets will not be refunded.

We had an amazing time visiting Sun Peaks. Such a special time as a family and this home added to the experience. Our hosts, Tim and Lauren, were very gracious and communicative throughout our stay. Great location that offers close access to the ski lifts/runs (quick walk) or you can hop on the free shuttle. The hot tub at the house is fantastic and is featured on a large private deck. Our girls were in heaven. Would love to comeback in the future!

We stayed with an adult family of 6 to ski for a week. It was our first trip to Sun Peaks and the accommodation was great with a nice view, large windows and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for preparing and serving meals. Access to the slopes was convenient with a short walk down the road to ski access to Orient or Morrissey Chair. You can ski right to the back deck off Orient Return noting the sign Lookout Lodge on the connector between the run and the road. It’s a bit precarious so I wouldn’t recommend for novices. Otherwise it’s easy to ski out to the road just up from the condo and walk downhill a short distance to the condo. The owners want the skiis and snowboards kept outside on the second deck. A bit inconvenient but worked OK. Overall, our group really enjoyed the property.

Why they chose this property

Our home is removed from the central village so you can enjoy the quietness, but with easy access to partake in the bustling. Also, the views of Mt Morrissey and access to lifts on either side of the village make our home ideal. The shuttle stops right below our place so if not wanting to ski or snowboard to the village, it is easy to catch a ride.
