Seaside Heights Home - A Quiet Retreat In It All

2.5 blocks from the beach and quietly across the main drag. Great house with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full size W/D, grill, and 2 decks! Great getaway for family and friends in the summertime or off season. Second floor/both bedrooms have just been completely renovated.
In peak season we stick with a typical Sat. to Sat. rental schedule where possible w/more flexibility at other times of year.
New rental that was always owner-occupied, rented out by a local family - get the service you deserve to make your vacation as relaxing as possible!

Per Seaside Heights law, from April 15th to June 30th the primary renter must be 21 years of age.

Linens & towels not provided, local rental company referrals available upon request.

We had an awesome time at the beach! Not far from everything and anything you need. Didn’t need to drive anywhere once. Everything we needed was in the house. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving Break

Great place for a November break. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen for cooking (we only made breakfast). Easy walk to the Boardwalk and close to the bridge for easy access on and off. Would stay again!

Perfect Sweet 16 weekend

Our daughter and her friends were comfortably in one room and my wife and I were in the other. Living room, dining room kitchen and balconies were perfect! Excellent communication and easy check in/out. Highly recommend.

This was a very frustrating stay at this beach home. The host messaged me at midnight the night before to inform us that we would be responsible for our own linens and towels even though they were shown in the photos. As I had flown in to NYC already I was unable to provide these myself and he informed me the evening we checked in that we could go to the Target in Tom’s River to purchase our own (with Ubers and sheets, this would be over 150 of our own expenses). There also were only two blankets provided in the home for 8 people. If we were aware of our own responsibility to provide these when booking, we would have booked elsewhere.

Beach Getaway Disappointment

My family was very excited to stay at this beach house. We arrived early and asked owner if we could get into house early. They said yes and they would let us know when cleaners left. No response from owner and check-in time had arrived so we arrived at house to find cleaners still cleaning past check-in time. This started the disappointment for our stay. We arrived to a house that was not fully cleaned, beds not made, gum stuck to outside table, multiple things in house broken or falling apart (bowls, ceiling lights, tv remote, outlets upstairs, toilet seat upstairs, toilet randomly leaked upstairs, multiple windows left open and blinds pulled down with AC running etc.). The neighborhood around house is pretty run down with not much around shopping/food wise unless u walk 3,4 blocks to boardwalk. We made the most of our stay but was pretty disappointed with what we got. Next time will prolly go to different shore point or area in seaside heights.

Great spot

Great spot for the week. Perfect location to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Home was clean and it was easy to figure out any questions that came up!

Seaside stay

The unit could be very nice. Cleanliness ( fans, floors, tables, furniture) was poor. Some safety items require addressing. GFCI in kitchen and front porch (with weather tight cover) and the spiral stair baluster width are at the top of the list. Another would be having permanent lighting in the bedrooms. All are easy fixes that would increase the overall rating of the unit. Great location with parking.
