Not great but not terrible either

Condo was very clean but could use a facelift, the secondary bedroom was a lot run down. Kitchen was decently stocked with everything you would need to mak a meal. There is a small pantry in the kitchen that was great for keeping things off the counters. The listing shows a sofa bed when in fact there is not. The sofa does not pull out. There were also not enough towels and wash rags for the number of guests this unit accommodates. The dryer was not working properly. Surprisingly the elevators were not bad but the parking garage was an absolute nightmare. Spots are super tight especially if you drive a bigger vehicle. I would say it's meant more for a Corolla than a Tahoe. The speeding in the parking garage was out of control as well. People were driving like it was the Indy 500 with little regards for people walking to their vehicles. Also for just about our entire stay the complex was testing the fire alarms. We were not notified of this in advance so it was a little disturbing to hear it go off. All and all I would stay here again if needed but definitely will look elsewhere first. Oh and if you need to use the wifi.... Forget it.... It was terrible, spotty and unreliable.

Nice place to stay

This property was very conveniently located with a lot of nice amenities. The pool area is beautiful, but water was too cold to get in. We did enjoy the hot tub and easy access to the beach. The bar and restaurant area outside are a convenient feature, but are seasonal, so weren't open yet during our visit. We liked that the unit had a washer and dryer, parking on the same level as the room and some beach chairs available for use. Several shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and we really enjoyed Pineapple Willy's right next door.

Best Trip Ever

Absolutely beautiful resort. Our room was perfect and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back. The staff at the resort was all so friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The condo was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean We wish the parking garage had been bigger it was hard to maneuver our large truck around The room comes with one parking space that was excellent really close to room if you have more than one vehicle there was still plenty of parking spaces we had a great stay

The condo was very clean. Everything was as advertised. The access to the pool and short trip to the beach were great! A couple negatives, the dryer was broken and one of the light fixtures in the guest shower leaked.

Upon arriving we noticed issues right away. The celling fan from the master bedroom was in the living room floor (wires still hanging from the celling in the bedroom) washer was full of water(broken) vent cover in the hallway to the water heater was hanging. We immediately contacted Vacasa and was told that they would get back with us. After multiple follow ups never received a response other than “please be patient, we are working on resolving this issue.” Never fixed the washer so ended up having to purchase more clothing due to not having a washer as it was agreed upon in our agreement. Was told that they would refund us a portion of our rent due to the inconvenience that was caused but have never received any refund. Didn’t seem that they cared for the safety of their renters with an electrical hazard.

Large condo but everything was broken

Absolutely loved the space in this condo, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Multiple problems throughout our 7 day stay. The washing machine was broken before we even arrived. The couch was also very broken, 2 sides were sunken in so you had to layer it with the cushions to not be on the ground. All 3 toilets ran all night long. The fan in the master bedroom decided to come down and hang by the wires, thank goodness no one was asleep. Maintenance did come to remove the fan from the bedroom where it ended up in the living room for the next 3 days, not fixed before we left. The master bedroom closet door came off the sliding track on night 1. The 2nd bedroom with double beds, the bathroom door knob almost fell off. The electrical outlet the coffee maker was plugged into started smoking on day 4, unplugged, moved coffee maker, told Maintenance, not fixed before we left. The coffee maker on day 5 completely died. We had maintenance from Vacasa almost everyday we were there and the sad thing is NOTHING was fixed before we left. Still waiting on a call back from Vacasa concerning this matter.

Okay… so, the room is alright. The couch is wack on one side. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!!!! The staff wouldn’t budge on giving us any extra and you only have one roll per bathroom, with 8 people for a week it doesn’t last long. There is also only one closet, so keep that in mind if traveling with a crowd of ladies who like to hang everything up! The other closet is for owners only, and I respect that. Our entry code wouldn’t work for the parking garage entrance so we had to go in the main entrance every time (not a big deal). The room states it comes with TWO parking spots, this is not true. There is only one and you have to pay $90 at the front desk for the second spot if needed, and that amount includes your armbands. The staff was RUDE. Literally the rudest we have ever dealt with, there were a few that were pleasant. And the elevators, don’t even get me started on those. Just be prepared to take the stairs most of the time. I’m not trying to turn people away, but definitely take the reviews into consideration before booking because these people are not lying. Besides the staff being very unfriendly, and knowing what I know now in order to be prepared.. I would stay again. And that is only because the condominium is in a great location.

Decent

Condo was good. But it could use a few upgrades. The first afternoon there we went to the beach and the pool; we had wet towels and clothes. Put in the first wash load and 14 minutes later there’s water all over the floor. Washer was liking. Well…they couldn’t fix it. It was such an inconvenience since we were going to the pool and beach every day and having to change clothes few times a day. Resort was Nice. But we were really disappointed by that. It is pretty obvious that washer and dryer were old.

Great stay but had interruptions during our stay

This condo was perfect for three couples. This place met all of our expectations we saw online from the pictures. A Shores of Panama employee did however enter the condo. We heard a noise in the hallway, but no one ever rang the doorbell. So it was quite a surprise when we saw some stranger enter the condo. No one ever called me to tell me what was going on. Once the Shores of Panama employee told me that one of our shower drains was leaking into the unit below ours that made total sense why they entered the condo and we stopped using that shower. The shower drain was fixed later that day right before we went to dinner which was much appreciated. Another inconvenience during our stay was that the condo unit had to have it's maintenance bug spray. I just wish this could have happened after our stay. I understand that maintenance needs to be done and when you have several units that need to maintained it can be hard to align perfectly. However, the property manager, Joanne, was very helpful and was in constant communication in handling the inconveniences we encountered. The one great thing about this unit was the 1 reserved parking spot that was really close to the room. This made unloading and loading the car really nice. It does come with a second parking spot, but you have to search for an available yellow parking spot. I wish this was known ahead of time, because we spent some time trying to find the second spot but could not find one the the units number on it. Even though we had some minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this condo because the owners and the property manager will make sure that you enjoy your stay.

Misleading

The floor was filthy. No mop, vacuum cleaner doesn’t work. Ceiling light in one of the bedrooms gone. Just naked wires hanging there. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was a joke. So soft and pliable it would dump you in the floor. Washer doesn’t work. And we needed it too.. I think I deserve a partial refund of the cleaning fee.
