Welcome to this beautifully decorated beachfront condo with all the comforts of home. This spacious condo is over 1100 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms (plus a bunk room) and 3 bathrooms. Relax comfortably on the private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean with plenty of seating for all. This lovely condo will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 3 bathroom Situated on the 17th floor, The Shores of Panama stands as one of the most opulent resorts in Panama City Beach. The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo showcases a seamless modern contemporary decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, cookware, and utensils, ensuring a homely experience. Enjoy meals at the expansive breakfast bar or on the sizable kitchen table. The large private balcony provides stunning Gulf views overlooking the lagoon-style pool, courtyard, and the Gulf of Mexico. This enchanting home away from home is perfect for accommodating the whole family comfortably. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils, including major appliances, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster. Parking:
Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.
You may purchase parking passes for 2 vehicles only. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Onsite Parking Details Use the main entrance portico when you arrive. Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass. Garage height limit: 6'10” – Low clearance and tight turns. Oversized vehicles (over 6'7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
Additional Parking Notes Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them for onsite parking issues.
Offsite Parking Options If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Upon arrival our condo wasn’t even cleaned . There was dried ketchup on the floor. There was stained bed sheets. The pull out couch that was supposed to accommodate two of our guest was missing springs that held it leaving half the bed on the floor. There was locks on closets not giving a lot of places to hang clothing at all. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend it at all. We sent photos into Vrbo via email and the man we talked to agreed it was terrible looking. Nothing was ever done to make it right.
