38m2 bungalow quietly located on a small 150m2 garden 50m from the Etang de Thau and 1km from the beach. Fully equipped: fridge, oven, hob, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, garden table, barbecue, air conditioning. Possible access to an above ground pool.

The resort of Marseillan-Plage is very attractive in summer with its multiple activities but also very pleasant out of season.
