Great location and nice hosts

Spacious apartment in a great location with walking distance to many attractions. Metro is 2 min walk. Communication with the hosts were great and they are very nice and accommodating. For a family of 4 we have enough space to spread out. The apartment is not spotless but in general clean.

Two special nights in Paris!

We had such a lovely stay in this special apartment! We greatly appreciated the ease with which we communicated with the owner and loved everything about the home. It was clean, attractive, and in a wonderful neighborhood that we enjoyed very much! Thank you for having us, we hope to return again someday!

Great stay in Paris

A wonderful stay at this lovely apartment with great access to all the key areas. Yohan made the whole process very easy with quick responses to questions and providing key information on the area. The check in process was very smooth with Mickael giving us lots of helpful advice and information. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect flat for our family

Apartment was clean and spacious. Location very convenient (2 metro stations within a 2 minute walk). Large bathrooms, comfy beds, really everything was great.

Spacious, Clean, and Centrally Located Apartment!

We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights with our family of 6 adults and had a great experience. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was very neat, spacious, and had ample bathrooms and bedrooms, which comfortably accommodated us all. The washer and dryer were very useful. The central location meant we were close to the many attractions and nice restaurants. Also, the St. Denis subway is pretty close by. Things to note, the apartment is situated in an alleyway that is not always open to cars, so we had to drag our luggage on arrival and departure. Also, there are a few steps to climb to reach the apartment, but not too many. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious Flat with Great A/C

This flat is fine for a visit to Paris assuming you are not looking for luxury. It's practical, straightforward, clean, and spacious for a family of 5. Everyone had their own bed! A/C was cold! We stayed in 3 different VRBO's throughout France, and 2 in Paris. Each unique.

Family and Friend Spring Vacation Trip

We were a group of six adults (family and friends) and stayed for 5 nights. This apartment was perfect for our group as it has 3 full bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink). It was very clean with wifi, heat/air conditioning, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. That was very convenient for us. The apartment location is in a diverse neighborhood with shops, cafes, and grocery stores. It was a 10 minute walk to the Westfield Forum des Halles (great shopping center and amazing food court), 25 minute walk to the Louvre and Seine River. Super close to the metro. As for the other reviews that mention the Night Ladies, yes they are there on the inside alley, but they don’t bother anyone. We are from New York City, and live in diverse neighborhoods, so we weren’t fearful of the location or surroundings. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the property manager/host!

Paris Stay

We were very happy with this rental. The three full bathrooms were spacious and clean, nice washer and dryer. It is very close to the metro station in a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and a small grocery nearby. It was in a great location for us. We would stay again. Mickael met us at check in, showed us everything about the rental and even provided some good tips for dining.

Questionable neighborhood

We recently stayed a the Mirror house and while the interior description was accurate I was a bit surprised and concerned by the neighborhood and area around the street entrance based on the listing description. While it is located in the 2nd district and close to all the amenities that are listed it is in the middle of quite a seedy street. There we 6 of us traveling (3 couples) and we are in our late 50’s and 60’s; 3 women and 3 men; if the men were not with our group all of the females agreed that we would be uncomfortable coming and going at night with out men with us. Overall, the apartment was ok but the size of the double beds was quite small for 2 adults. The check in process was good and Mickael answered all our questions and was quite helpful.

Paris 2023

This was our second trip to Paris and it doesn’t disappoint. We were traveling with 7 adults and the apartment was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped. Metro station right around the corner.

The best part of this stay was communication with Yohann, the property manager who is a lovely person. The apartment is just a few blocks away from fantastic shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, close to everything. Check in was easy and owner was responsive. Pretty quiet despite being in a bustling area. Apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Wonderful place for a family reunion!

Our family (2 sons with spouses and 4 grandchildren, all from the USA - CA, IL & MA) enjoyed this generous apartment as the hub of a reunion. Cross ventilation and air conditioning made it comfortable. There were more-than-adequate glasses, tableware, chairs, and bathrooms. Everything worked well, even the clothes washer, dryer, and dishwasher! Should we want to again rent an apartment in this part of Paris for more than four people, this would be at the top of the list.

Great space for staying with friends

Loved everything about it, especially having a washer and dryer and three bathrooms. Very personable and responsive people working for the company. My only feedback would be to have written instructions on how to use the appliances. thanks

Spring break in Paris

Roomy apartment for a stay with family (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Good wifi and tv (important when traveling with teenagers). Close proximity to grocery store and metro. Slightly far for simply walking everywhere (especially Notre Dame, Louvre, etc), but metro makes it easy. Loved our stay and just wish it was longer! Would consider staying here again. Property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout.

Ideal Apartment in Paris

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. The features were excellent: three bathrooms w showers, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, close to the Metro station and a grocery store. About a 20 min walk to the Seine. Couldn’t ask for better. When we had any questions, all we had to do is text the owner. We would stay again for sure!

Spacious and Perfectly Located Apartment

This apartment is as described and pictured. The check-in process was easy. The moment we were arriving in Gare du Lyon, I messaged the contact person and by the time we arrived at the apartment, Mikel was already waiting for us for check-in. This apartment is roomy and perfectly situated near metro stops, taxi stations, and restaurants! There is a great Korean restaurant behind the apartment (KING KONG) and that same street, as you will notice, has some (as what the other reviewer left) ladies of the night. They didn't bother us even when we walked through the street to get to the Korean restaurant which we did twice. There are boulangeries nearby (my favorite is Patisserie Tholoniat, about a 10 min walk) but La Mie Caline is about 3 minutes away (next to KFC). Monoprix grocery is in front of the apartment next to the McDonald's. At the end of the street is am always busy restaurant - le central - we tried and loved it! We also tried another restaurant nearby, capitole, and they had great happy hour deals. Overall, this apartment suited our needs. We taxi'd everywhere and its central location made it perfect. Also, there are pharmacies nearby for covid testing, etc.
