Situated on 1/4 acre, Casa Flamingo is a 1600 sqft, one story 3 bed 2 bath, split floor plan residence. The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.

Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

It’s been over a week since we stayed and my kids are still asking to go back to the “green house”!! We stayed two nights with another couple before getting on a cruise. It is perfect!! Super short walk to a beautiful beach and the pool is so refreshing!! There is everything you need to take to the beach, grill out, and fix breakfast and lunch!! The washer and dryer work great! The bikes were nice to ride to a store for a last minute item! The place was super clean!! It was perfect in every way!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Vacation Home!My wife and I absolutely loved this home! It truly has everything—and I mean EVERYTHING—you need for a stress-free beach vacation.The location is fantastic. It’s just a one-block walk to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants are also within easy walking distance, which made everything incredibly convenient.The home itself was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The two master suites are fantastic, and having a TV in every room was a great bonus. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and flatware—even enough for two families.The pool and hot tub were both spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the expansive outdoor patio area provided plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the beautiful weather.You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into providing everything guests could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.We would 100% recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again!

Location was superb for beach days and nights on the town. Extremely comfortable sofas in living room for a movie night and the bedrooms made for restful nights. The pool and spa were immaculate. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! Location, house, hosts. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items and beach gear. The beach was such a short walk and the pool in the backyard was so convenient. We had the best vacation and would definitely stay again :)

Our experience at this property was very poor. We had trouble checking in, the air conditioner was broke in the middle of a heat advisory in August. The maintenance guy that came out put these little A/C units in the house, which did not work. My husband looked at the A/C unit that was broke- it was so old it should have been replaced previously to avoid the situation. It was unsafe for our family so we had to leave the property. The property manager wanted us to come back halfway through our vacation when the A/C unit got installed but we were so happy to leave this house we declined. I would not recommend staying here until there is a significant investment in this house.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cute, clean and organized. We loved using the bikes to ride around town. The hot tub was really nice to sit in (it was a little cold when we got there but it warmed up by the next morning. The beds were really comfortable and the master shower was really nice.

House was perfect and well stocked! Kitchen was great for cooking and there were so many beach items that made our vacation so easy. Hosts were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
