The Ilikai Marina commenced its spalling project on February 10th, 2025. This project involves inspecting all lanais for potential spalling hazards and addressing any issues that may compromise their structural integrity.

Please be advised that the lanai for Unit 784 will be inaccessible from April 29, 2025, to December 31st, 2025. Kindly note that this schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

During this period, contractors will be securing the lanai from the outside, and access will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work. Please be advised that during construction hours, there may be increased noise levels and dust in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

This 1-bedroom unit with 1 King Bed and 1 sofa bed accommodating 4 adults. It has everything you need for a memorable Hawaiian holiday. Ideally located right on the Marina front it boasts gorgeous views of the yacht harbor, Magic Island, and the blue Pacific Ocean. Witness breathtaking sunsets nightly from the private balcony and prepare custom island meals in the full kitchen. All cookware, dishwasher, and utensils are provided to make dining in the condo simple and easy.

-NO DESIGNATED PARKING. Overnight parking is available at Ilikai Marina for an additional fee paid directly to Elite Parking. The current rate is $28 per 24 hours; however, please note that this rate is subject to change without notice.
- NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach parasols are provided. They can be purchased/ rented from a 3rd party company. Please research and rent items at your responsibility.
-No transportation service provided from the airport
-This building does not have a pool.

We strictly abide by our cancellation policy and travel cancellation because of concerns or restrictions regarding coronavirus will not alternate this policy as the pandemic has been ongoing since March 2020 and it is considered as a foreseen event.
