Waikiki Banyan, unit1504 tower 2 offers 2 beds and a pull out sleeper sofa.
The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach.
Only a short distance takes you to the Ala Wai golf course, restaurants, shops, Kapiolani park, Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent amenities.
Recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground.

Please understand that we cannot promise an early check in or a late check out as we may experience back-to-back bookings.

This is our 4th time staying at The Waikiki Banyan and this unit was one of the best ones hot/string shower, comfortable bed, powerful AC(a little loud though), clean, nice furniture and spacious, great view(even better than the pictures!), a few nice amenities like a beach chair and buggy, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen with coffee filters. The host was easy to work with. Definitely would stay here again. Love the Banyan!

The unit was clean. There is one queen bed and one single bed. Plus a sofa couch but we didn’t use that. The unit has a small view of the ocean in between hotels and above the Catholic Church. There is no kitchen island but there is a round table to sit around and a large tv to watch. There is a door to the tub and toilet but the sink is open to the bedroom. The air condition was great! We did not cook or use the beach equipment but these things were there for our use. The unit was quiet and we could not hear any neighbors. I would recommend this unit for a nice and quiet place to stay including the free parking.

Great location and space

Loved this property bc we could cook breakfast and lunch and just be minutes from the beach during the day and restaurants for dinner. It was perfect for what we needed and was super reasonably priced.

Great location and simple amenities

We have stayed here in the past and it is a solid location, property and price. We love the free parking pass and that we can save money by eating at “home” so close to the beach.

Quick visit

This place was perfect for what we were looking for and what we needed. The ocean view from the small lanai was beautiful. Location was central to most everything and the free parking was a huge bonus!! Communication was great and had no issues. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location

If you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced in the Waikiki area, this is your place. We’ve stayed in this building several times (our first with this host). It’s a great location, great view with sunset, pool and hot tub for relaxing, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking. Denny’ s is close by (walking distance). We also walked to IHOP one day. And a real plus - free parking

A week in paradise

Although we were not in our room much, it was a welcome refuge to be at our VRBO, the Aston Waikiki Banyan, at the end of a long day outing. The amenities in the place was very comfortable and inviting. Air conditioner was efficient and kept us cool in spite of the warm nights. We were only a 6 minute walk to Waikiki and many shops and restaurants as well. Friendly staff and security was adequately provided. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily book again! A+++

First time in Hawaii won’t be the last

We had an amazing stay. The sofa bed could use an upgrade. The area was conveniently located to everything and easy access to highways. The pool was a nice area with friendly security. The view from the room was amazing too. Will definitely be back and will look for space at the Waikiki Banyan. ❤️

Great location and communication with owner

Really enjoyed this location and property as a whole. Only challenge was changing from an AMEX to visa which I get but is part of doing business. However, property was great, communication was great, parking pass was free instead of $35 a night for public which was a bonus. We would love to stay here again.

We love the Banyan and have stayed several times. This is the unit we will request in the future. Parking Pass is a must for us and this unit has one. The view was the best. Added bonus: beach toys, snorkel and beach towels. We would love to return as this unit is by the Zoo and a quick walk to the beach and perfect beach for families .

Nicely function and updated. Everything we need for our long stay. We thought we had a problem with smoke detector and management was quick to respond. It turned out to be something of ours and easily fixed before their handyman arrived.

Perfect Condo for Small Family!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is clean and has all the amenities we need to enjoy ourselves here. It has the perfect water view of Waikiki beach to watch the surfers in the morning. Also has a view of the pool. The location was the best as it was walking distance to so many things including the beach to Waikiki and shave ice place. My family and I love this place so much. We hope we can stay here again on our next trip back to Oahu.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and close to the beach. Unfortunately, myhusband fell and injured his hip on our first day. There is a track for the sliding bedroom door that is a tripping hazard. Caution to any older future guest. I emailed the rental company expressing concern and never heard back.

One of the most convenient and reasonably priced locations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pics listed are the actual unit with a great view off the balcony. The management company is professional and will help with any questions that you may have.Very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows etc. Buy your coffee, groceries, etc at nearby Safeway or Foodland grocery stores. Unit comes with a full kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. They even had coffee filters for the coffee maker so all we needed was the ground coffee. My only issue is that the queen/full mattress in the master needs to be replaced as it is indented on the right side. Other than that every other aspect was great.I thought the cleaning fee was excessive at $300 for the unit given that we were there for just 3 nights. It's best for you to rent for a longer period as the cleaning fee would feel like less of a hit on your wallet with the low nightly rate.

Over priced with stingy toiletry supplies

Overpriced due to additional charges. As others have mentioned, this place is stingy with toiletry supplies - 3 oz (88ml) body wash might be ok for two people for two nights, but 3oz for three people for four nights? This would be like every person washing with 6ml. Property manager wouldn't entertain additional supplies. Note that the advertised nightly rate does not include the ridiculously expensive cleaning charges. The cleaning charges are THREE TIMES the average VRBO cleaning rates. I have stayed in Honolulu before and this place is overpriced - you get better value elsewhere. I won't return here.

Nice place but we encountered an unfortunate issue

Check in process was very easy. The place has a nice view and is conveniently located in the Waikiki area. The place looked clean. Unfortunately, as soon as we checked in, we did encounter a small cockroach in the kitchen area. We thought it was a one-off cockroach. However, after the first night, we did encounter a few more small cockroaches after. We did some research and saw on another website that someone had encountered cockroaches during their stay in the same building (not necessarily the same unit). It may possibly be a building issue. The property manager was responsive to our concern and offered to send pest control. We did not feel comfortable staying so we decided to look for other places to stay. We ended up having to pay for the 2 nights we stayed and half the cleaning fee and had to take time out of our 1 week vacation in Hawaii to find another place to stay on very short notice. We are disappointed that the property management team did not show compassion with our situation. A bit of a dispiriting experience.

Good accommodation at great location.

The location is perfect as it's only 1 block from pick-up points for many tours. We had stay at another accommodation and found the fan that was provided at this unit to be perfect.
