Después de un largo día de diversión, imagínate a ti mismo relajarse en nuestra cómoda 31a condominio con vista al fondo del océano en deseable Torre 1, con cocina completa y rey ​​y la reina camas de lujo.

Situado en el amistoso Complejo Waikiki Banyan familia, a sólo una cuadra de la playa de Waikiki. Es la escapada perfecta hawaiano. También a poca distancia se encuentran el zoológico de Honolulu, Kapiolani Park, el Acuario, Aloha Shell, el mercado internacional y numerosas tiendas y restaurantes.

El complejo está situado a lo largo de las rutas de autobús a lugares de interés como Bahía de Hanauma, la costa norte y Pearl Harbor.

The condo was in a great area, near the beach and several restaurants. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, and everything worked. The only issue was the 6th floor was closed for refurbishment and all the amenities it had, pool, hot tub, grill & kids play area were not available. I wished I knew this ahead of time as I wouldn’t have booked without having a pool or grill. The deck will be closed until at least June 2026 according to the building’s website. Also, the updates are not new, they are at least several years old, but the condo was comfortable & clean. Would stay again

Amazing location

Property is exactly as listed. The space is great for a family of 5. Coffee shop in the lobby. You can always find parking. Beach, great restaurants, and ABC stores are walking distance. Highly recommended staying here.

Have stayed at many Banyan apts - this is one of the best we have been to. Dishwasher always a bonus, nice big HD TV a bonus. As someone else said, the curtains need replacing - in the bedroom they are falling apart and in the main room cannot be opened or closed. Would definitely return to this apartment - owner was very good with communication

Great place.

Everything was great here. We stay at the Waikiki Banyan every year. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. We asked for a late check out, as our flight left late, and the owner was accommodating.

Loved the View!

We found this condo to be a peaceful refuge from the busy-ness of Waikiki, and spent hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. The accommodation was just as described in the listing, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The parking pass made it very easy to come and go as we wished, once we figured out the quirky layout of the parking garage. We'd return here, and recommend to friends.

Great location great stay

Loved the location, amenities, and free parking. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, and the beach toys were a plus. The sheet for the pack and play wasn’t washed and the bathroom could use a little sprucing up but totally liveable. Would definitely stay here again

This property is in a great location! So close to everything in Waikiki. Great view from the deck. Perfect place for our family of four. The woman at the desk at Koko Resorts was amazing. She lent us boogie boards, got us a laundry basket for the condo and replenished our towels-both bath and beach towels when we needed them. We did have a problem with the dishwasher not working and the owner was readily available to answer our question and help us out. The place was clean but would probably benefit from a deep clean. We found some of the cupboards were dirty. Overall, it was a great place for our family to enjoy our vacation.

This property it is not what it is sold as!!!!!

Highly disappointed in the condo especially with its lack of cleanliness, the broken appliances/fittings and the horrible dirty condition of some of the soft furnishings. It is high time the owner Mun-Chong Chang inspected the condo and replaced the broken and dirty furnishings and talked to Koko Resorts about its cleaning standards. I have listed below the items of concern: After 15 mins of walking on the floor with bare feet we discovered our feet were black indicating the condition of the floor. We mopped the floor to remedy this after having to soak the mop to clean it up for use. Bed linen pillow and bedspreads were filthy, were stained with yukky brown/reddish marks of unknown origin, one bed sheet had a hole in it. The cushions on the couch are dirty and stained , the couch cover was dirty. The curtains all need a wash as they are stained and dirty,especially so the curtain above the air con which was mouldy also. The supplied towels were greyish, not white and also contained suspicious stains. Dust was abundant in the hard to reach areas and was prevelant along skirting boards and in corners.Suspicious brown marks aound the toilet area/walls in the bathroom, suspicious as they wiped off readily. The kettle for boiling water, unusable, inside rusty thus contaiminating the water for tea, the plug in the hand basin would not work and had to be manually opened after use, one end of the towel rail is coming out of the wall and the hand towel rail above the vanity pulls out often with the towel . The handles to the dust pan no longer exist somehow they have been broken off, the handle to the broom broke off whilst in use. We had no issues with the size of the condo but would be a wee bit small for 5 adults, the location is great as are the views, there is a lot of beach type equipment there for use and yes it is not far from the major bus routes. We talked to a representative from Koko Resorts about the above who said we should have talked to them about our concerns so they could be rectified, however I pointed out once we move into a place like that it becomes our home and thus not open to all and sundry and also if the between client cleaning was effiective we would not be having the conversation. It was intimated that dirty bedspreads, curtains,cushions etc were not their responsibility. Mun-Wong Chang visit the condo and replace the items that are broken, dirty for the benefit of future clients & no we are not after any refund!

I sincerely apologize that the guests did not enjoy the condo as many other that do stay at our beautiful condo. I wish the guests had called me once they checked in and I could have had Koko Resorts clean the condo again. I check the condos and replace the broken pieces when the condo is not occupied. Going forward, I will ensure Koko does a better job of providing linens and cleaning the condos. Mahalo

Beach House in the Sky

We enjoyed our stay in Honolulu. The location of the apartment was excellent and the parking arrangement was good, but the description of the apartment suggests a much higher standard than exists. This is a beach house in the sky and we felt as we were in a California beach house as we have rented previously, only 31 floors up. The furnishings are adequate and are probably hand me downs the owner had previously used in their own residence, just as you might expect in a beach house or a summer cottage. The two large beds in the bedroom make it difficult to get into the closet but with them and the hide a bed in the living room you could sleep a small army in this apartment. The cooking facilities were good and the bathroom was fine too, but, again, show like a DIY renovated beach house. The AC was very noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep, but at least the patio window and bedroom windows could open providing you used the clothes pins to tie together the curtains to ensure the pigeons did not enter. There were at least 3 remotes in the living room, but no instructions for how to control the TV and we could not get the closed captioning to disappear, but we were not in Waikiki to watch TV. Wifi was excellent as was the telephone service that allowed calling to Canada for free. The information in the apartmrnt for connecting to wifi is not quite correct as the SSIDs are slightly different than listed. Overall our assessment was that this was "good" in terms of overall value for money for my wife and I but could be very good for a family of six or even seven..,

Beautiful Location

If you don’t care go spend much time on the room it’s an awesome location! You couldn’t get closer to the beach, shopping, Starbucks and food. The pool and activities are great! The room could use some TLC. The bed wasn’t made well at all. They used a flat sheet instead of fitted and there were pillows on the bed with no pillow case. Luckily I always bring pillow cases when I travel. A better rug in the bathroom would have been nice. The throw pillows could use a good washing. The convenient store owner is very rude, we had to boycott. The coffee shop, However is great! The best thing was they have everything in the room that you need to have a great time at the beach. Overall we had a good stay. If I had it to do again I would have paid a little more and stayed at a resort to have turn down service and fresh towels with no extra cost.

This condo is situated very nicely to the beach, just a few minutes walk. Condo beds are comfortable. We didn't end up using the sofa bed. Beach chairs and cooler were much appreciated, as well as the free parking. You can switch out towels before 4 pm. Good value.

Everything You Need

First of all, the location is great. The condo is a block to the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It was a perfect home base for our time in Honolulu. The little coffee shop near the lobby is fabulous and there is also a little market downstairs. The condo itself was clean and roomy enough for 4 people. My 19- year-old son slept on the pull out sofa. Personally, I would not have been comfortable there, but my son had no complaints & I think it would be fine for children. The other beds were great, although I like firmer pillows. Both kitchen & bath had everything we needed & then some. All in all, we were very comfortable and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Waikiki. So much better than a hotel room!

Wonderful location, free parking!

At 1st glance the room looked small but we actually fit perfectly. Travelled with 3 adults, one toddler, and one teenager. Home had everything we needed even sand toys and books for my toddler. The home was clean, and did not smell old or muggy. View on the 31st floor is spectacular. The free parking pass is a plus. The owner is very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I just wish they had a towel service. There were plenty of Towels but between the beach and the pool you go through them quickly. We ended up having to do laundry. Despite this I would recommend it and I would come back.

We work and live in Honolulu so we know every hidden gems and off-the-beaten paths. Our 2 children love to visit the condo and someday, we would like to retire in this condo. We wanted to have a weekend home that was most family friendly. We looked for over 2 years to find a Condo that would work for our family - we have 2 children, 6 and 8. The Waikiki Banyan is in the best location near the 'quieter' and family friendly side of Waikiki. We bought two Waikiki Banyan condos - 3106 and 3204 for each child so they too, can enjoy these with their families! Aloha

Waikiki Banyan has a wonderful recreational deck on the 6th floor that our children enjoy. Waikiki Banyan is 1 block from the beach and the beach is protected. There are a lot of restaurants and stores near the condo.
