We are happy to welcome you in this charming 50m2 duplex with mountain views, quiet and completely renovated, in the center of the village resort. We are located on the 1st floor of a small secure residence (digital code at the entrance and key safe), just 3 minutes' walk from the hypercentre (shops, restaurants or entertainment) 8 minutes from the cable car to the ski resort. ski du lys, 6 minutes from the thermal center
HOUSING:
Come and enjoy a warm and comfortable setting combining the "mountain" and contemporary spirit through its traditional furniture and decoration. The apartment is through, very bright and offers a mountain view not overlooked. Very functional, it is equipped with all the household appliances necessary for the smooth running of your stay. a ski room is at your disposal.
The apartment must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness for the comfort of the following guests; Animals are not allowed.
The accommodation is composed on the ground floor:
an open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and raclette set.
A dining room, equipped with an old revamped farm table and a 19 th buffet. A closet / wardrobe completes this warm and friendly space. To take advantage of the mountain view, there is a sitting area with a convertible sofa, an electrician's reel revisited as a living room table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Our guests also have on the ground floor a renovated bathroom with WC, drying rack and fan heater.
Upstairs:
a sleeping and relaxation area with a 140 cm bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional bed inviting you to read and rest. A separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed, offering a mountain view. A fully renovated bathroom with shower, sink, hanging toilet and heated towel rail. 2 closets. Please note: duvets, pillows, mattress covers are provided (duvet covers and towels are not included but can be rented from our concierge service).
WELCOME TERMS
You will be welcomed on site by Matthieu. Send him an sms when you are in Lourdes at 06. 14. 04. 13. 74. Call him once there. He takes care of several accommodations so do not hesitate to specify who you are and what accommodation you have reserved (Mr. DARROMAN - Residence CABALIROS 38 rue de la Raillère in Cauterets apartment n ° 10 1st floor).
End of stay cleaning is your responsibility. Matthieu will take a cleaning deposit of € 100 by check or cash as well as a deposit in the event of breakage of € 400 upon your arrival. These deposits will be returned to you at the end of the stay if everything is ok!
Note that you can also rent bed and bathroom linen as well as household linen if necessary (not provided in the apartment). Please inform Matthieu as soon as possible. ".

RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

-Please put the ski or hiking boots in the plastic storage bin located in front of the front door of the apartment.

-Thank you for not drying clothes or gloves on the radiators (a drying rack and a fan heater with remote control are available in the bathroom on the ground floor).

-A secure ski room is available (key supplied with the apartment keys)
