The best outlook in the French Riviera - every morning and night we sat on the balcony enjoying the vista. The Unit has everything you need and is secure. We stayed for just over a week and loved it Local restaurants are so good and many grocery stores close by

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick.Die Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind sicher der Balkon und die Dusche. Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Aussicht zum Meer. Die Matratzen sind allerdings sehr durchgelegen. Küche: Die Küche fällt quasi auseinander, sie ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig (bis auf die Spül- und die Waschmaschine). Außerdem ist die Hälfte aller Küchenschränke abgeschlossen, wohl zur Nutzung des Vermieters vorbehalten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gering, zum Kochen und Zubereiten des Essens ist sie nicht ausreichend. Es gibt kein Küchenmesser, und nur ein halbes Salatbesteck. Also sehr bescheiden.Wohnzimmer: Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Leider war es in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr laut, sowohl am Tag (teilweise ab 06.00 Uhr am Morgen durch Baustellenarbeiten mit Presslufthammer und Fliesenschneider) sowie die Nacht hindurch bis in die sehr frühen Morgenstunden durch Partypeople etc.

Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist wunderschön, man möchte den Balkon kaum verlassen. Man schaut links auf das Cap d'Antibes und rechts bis zum Esterel-Massiv, dazwischen Boote und Yachten aller Größen.Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und sieht exakt aus wie fotografiert. Sie enthält viele praktische kleine Details wie zB einen Einkaufstrolley oder einen Strandschirm.Das ganze Haus ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt, mit Zugangschip und Wachmann am Abend.In 5-8min zu Fuß befinden sich drei Stadt-Supermärkte und viele Bäckereien (Empfehlung: "Chez Noun"), bis zu den Bars und Restaurants sind es 8-10min, die man aber abends nicht hört. Der Strand ist 100m entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Julie war sehr angenehm.Zurzeit (Juni25) ist vor dem Haus noch eine Baustelle, die Strandpromenade wird renoviert. Durch diese und die Straße vor dem Haus ist es oft schon früh am Morgen etwas lauter, das ist aber nichts, was mit Ohrenstöpseln nicht zu regeln gewesen wäre.Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Great holiday property with spectacular ocean view

We stayed 5 nights in May as a family of 4 people, including two teens (who slept on the lounge sofa bed).Great location to explore the Cote D 'Azure or lounge and enjoy the beach.The property is modern and well presented with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom/ toilet and good quality bed linen and towels.Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed) and there was good storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms.The onsite support was super helpful and very friendly, accommodating our arrival and departure timings.The view of the ocean is really beautiful and the balcony lovely and large, with furniture for lounging and eating.There were ongoing works across the road on the walkway and beach which provided some noise, but this did not disrupt our trip too much. I believe these works should be taking a break for the peak summer months but worth checking if you are concerned.Overall I would highly recommend this property.

L'emplacement, la vue, le confort : tout y est !

Une très bel appartement dans un immeuble de qualité, très confortable et avec une vue imprenable. La situation est idéale aussi bien pour visiter les alentours à pied (plage, commerces...) que pour rayonner en voiture (la place de stationnement au pied de l'ascenseur est très pratique). Excellent sejour en tout point conforme a l'annonce

Sejour super agréable face a la mer en plein centre de Juan, à 2 pas de la Promenade du Soleil qui est toutefois en cours de renovation jusqua l'été 2025 ce qui génère de petites nuisances sonores durant le jour. Appartement tres bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse, facile d'accès et avec parking tres apprécié. Tous les commerces et restaurents proches. Que peut on demander de mieux! Accueil sympathique, souple et performant

Fantastic apartment with views over the bay and beach, we had a lovely week here with great weather only spoilt slightly by the building work ongoing over the road in front but I am sure will be finished soon. This is a great location near to every thing you could need with a great fruit and veg shop around the corner 2 mins walk and Casino supermarket 1 min further along. Parking in the garage below is very useful as on road parking in the area can be very busy we will be back !! G & D Nottingham England

Vue magnifique sur la mer, appartement très agréable

Venir en janvier passer une semaine était un très bon plan, d'autant que nous avons eu des températures très douces et plusieurs jours de grand soleil. La terrasse sans vis est à vis nous a permis de profiter du soleil et même de déjeuner dehors, un luxe. L'appartement est très confortable, salle de bain et toilettes sont toutes neuves. La déco avec ces miroirs donnent l'impression d'être dans un très grand espace, c'est très agréable. Tout le matériel nécessaire est là. La chambre est parfaite aussi avec son grand placard. L'immeuble est de bon standing. Un monoprix et un magasin u à quelques pas, tout comme la plage et les restaurants et boutiques. La vue du 5e étage est magnifique. On espère bien y revenir !

A taste of the Riviera

The view from this property is spectacular as is the location. It is central to some wonderful restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins. Recommend La Momma about 5 mins walk - it is superb.

Beautiful view, amazing location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Juan-Les-Pins beach area, just across the main street from the beach. Literally hundreds of cozy eateries within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is beautiful white sands and fairly clean for the amount of people using it daily. The air conditioning, appliances, and lighting worked very well. There is a bedroom and bathroom separated from the rest of the spacious apartment, as well as a very confortable pull-out bed in the living room and a powder room. The drawback was that there were no sheets for the beds in the living room, and pillows were stiff and not comfortable. There is a futon, as well, but we did not use it. Electric roll-down shutters shut out light and some sound for better sleeping. Due to the location, however, there is a lot of street noise all the time. The large balcony has table and 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and a way to dry laundry. Stunning views! We enjoyed meals out there or just sitting and listening to the water. The kitchen is fairly well appointed with dishes, utensils, electric kettle, multi-function oven, cooktop (hob), dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator/freezer. It is missing a bread knife and other utility knives, making meal prep a bit laborious with only steak/table knives. Being able to do laundry was a big plus, and the sun is so hot the clothes dry easily on the clothes hanger on the balcony. We would definitely stay again if it is available during another trip.

fantastic place to visit the french riviera. Julie greeted us on arrival. the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. quick access to the beach and downtown restaurants. definitely recommend if visiting juan les pins.

Vue et emplacement remarquables

Dans un immeuble cossu, l’appart bénéficie d’une vue panoramique exceptionnelle, avec grande terrasse, équipements sanitaires récemment rénovés, pièces spacieuses, climatisation. Situé à 2 pas des commerces, de la plage de sable fin et de la gare, il permet de tout faire à pied et de découvrir les villes voisines sans la voiture (garage sécurisé en option). 3 eme excellent excellent séjour en couple, nous reviendrons !

Lovely place, apartment block and location

We enjoyed a great stay here in May 2023. Fantastic views! The apartment is in a great location set back from the beach - 2 mins/100metres walk to either public or private beaches, and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within 3 minutes walk. Communication with the host was excellent and we were greeted on arrival for keys and instructions. We took the underground parking option - it’s a larger than average apartment block car park, and is strongly recommended if you’re driving as parking can be very difficult in the area.

Excellent séjour

Très bien accueillis par la très efficace et charmante Julie, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'équipement est dans l'ensemble tout-à-fait correct. Le matelas est un peu ancien, et la salle de bains gagnerait à être rénovée. Superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Bonne insonorisation. Parking très accessible. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire que nous remercions très chaleureusement.

Tres belle vue

Appartement conforme a la description, magnifique vue, au pied des plages et pas loin du train et des commerces. Lits tres confortables. Appartement propre très bien situé absolument pas besoin de voiture vue magnifique sur la mer avec également une terrasse très agréable face à la mer manque peut-être une télévision plus grande dans le salon

Fantastisk altan

Det bedste ved lejligheden var den store altan, med en fantastisk udsigt. Når man træder ind i lejligheden, er det som at vende tilbage til 1970'erne. Lejlighedens farver, indretning og slid bære præg at at den er fra 1970'erne og der ikke er gjort det store for at vedligeholde den. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til spisning, men det at lave mad er nærmest umuligt, ingen knive, grydeskeer mv. Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke helt sammen.

Bel immeuble, belle vue mer

C'est dommage que le store de la terrasse ne fonctionne pas avec une exposition Sud .Les sièges du salon sont très inconfortables et dans la cuisine il manque un vrai Four .
