Ideal for a family who will have a central, modern and practical accommodation consisting of a living area, two Bedrooms (each with double bed), a Kitchen, two Bathrooms. The apartment is on three levels with entrance, living area and bathroom on the ground floor, and two rooms on separate mezzanine, with a maximum height of about 185 cm., each reachable by two different stairs. One basement with kitchen and bathroom accessible by a dedicated staircase.
The entrance to the apartment is completely independent.

All major attractions (Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum etc.) are at walking distance as well as the closest public transports, taxi station (at 2 minutes walking from the apartment).
During the spring / summer you'll easily reach several seaside town by public transport in about 40/50 minutes. So we suggest you to visit Ostia Lido, with its long sandy beaches (nearby you can admire the impressive ruins of Ostia Antica), Anzio and the ruins of the magnificent Villa of Nero, Neptune with its charming medieval old town.
The kitchen is comfortable and full equipped. It consists of a large work surface, 4 electric induction cooker, microwave oven, fridge. Guests will find everything they need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, placemats,coffeepot,toaster,glasses...) and some basic items (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, chamomile...). The apartment is also equipped with washing/dryer machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. The bathrooms are provided with shower, sink, wc and bidet; guests will find hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and towels. The equipment is completed with self heating, air conditioning, internet connection and Sky Tv.

As it is possible to know in advance if a train or flight is delayed, guests are asked to inform us of further delays before departure, to allow us to manage in a timely manner and avoid unnecessary long waits in the apartment.
