Tout juste rénové et de nouveaux meubles, idéal pour 4 personnes, à proximité de la Piazza Navona, dans le coeur de Rome.
Parfait pour une famille à la recherche d'un hébergement central, moderne et pratique. L'appartement dispose d'un hall d'entrée, salon, deux chambres, chacune avec un lit double, une cuisine et deux salles de bains. Les espaces intérieurs sont répartis sur trois niveaux: entrée, salon et une salle de bains dans le milieu; deux chambres à coucher sur mezzanine séparée accessible par deux échelles différentes; relevant autre balance de cuisine et salle de bains
L'entrée est totalement indépendante.

Situé dans le coeur de Rome dans l'atmosphÚre caractéristique à quelques pas de la célÚbre et magnifique Piazza Navona.
Les principaux monuments (Panthéon, Piazza Venezia, la Fontaine de Trevi, le Colisée, la place d'Espagne, la Basilique de S. Peter, etc.) sont à distance de marche.
MĂȘme les transports en commun et les taxis sont Ă  distance de marche de la maison.
Avec 40/50 minutes vous pouvez rejoindre par les transports publics Ostia Antica pour voir des ruines antiques, Anzio pour visiter les ruines de la villa de Néron ainsi que Neptune avec la vieille ville médiévale.

La maison est prĂȘte Ă  utiliser avec toutes les bases: casseroles, assiettes, verres, linge de table, four micro-ondes, plaques Ă©lectriques Ă  induction, bouilloire, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, linge, fer Ă  repasser, aspirateur. Location was great! BEWARE NIGHTCLUB IS NEXT DOOR! They go till 2 am every night and it sounds like you are in the club. If you have kids DO NOT STAY! OTHERWISE! It is a great great location. Walkable to everywhere and close to cafes!

Very good location, clean apartment, spacious main living area.Apartment is 3 levels and not very suitable for seniors, very narrow, steep and winding stairs. Bathrooms are 1 and 2 floors down from the bedrooms. Kitchen is in the lower level and is very crowded for 4 people.

The location is the only good thing I can say about this rental. We were delayed on arrival due to British Airlines outages. I kept in contact with the owner about the delays as they unfolded. There was a pouring rain in Rome upon our arrival which caused us to be dropped by several Uber drivers. Once we finally made it to the apartment we were met at the door by an extremely angry man, Emanuel. He berated us and left us standing in the rain outside while demanding 20 euros for his wait time! Horrible experience! The apt. does not have any windows so you felt as if you were in a cave at all times. The neighborhood is wonderful! I wish I could say the same about our housing. Would not return or recommend.

We loved this condo and its location. Close walk to the Vatican and Pantheon as well as groceries and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. 2 bedrooms up stairs. 1 washroom on the main floor and 1 in the basement next to the kitchen. Would caution the stairs in this condo are quite steep (maybe normal for a lot of these places in the Centro district). Regardless worked out well for us. Check in with Barbara was easy and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Barbara.

The apartment is in an excellent location for all the high lights of Rome. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Check-in was great communication with the owner was easy. Bed was a bit firm and the stairs to the rooms are very narrow but we managed well

The apartment was in a great location and close to many great shops and restaurants. Walking distance to all of the major sites, Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican and even the Colosseum.The apartment was as described, very clean and the host was more than helpful. She responded quickly and with great recommendations for restaurants, areas to explore, etc.We would hesitate to stay there again!

Nice place. Great location. However, not made for anyone with mobility issues. Very steep stairs, tight spaces, flimsy railing. Bathrooms not to close to the bedrooms.One AC to service 3 levels. Bedrooms very warm and uncomfortable. Apartment was musty, regardless of dehumidifiers everywhere. No natural light or ventilation.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated within walking distance to places like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Colosseum. Restaurants and shops are just minutes away, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the heart of the city.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The A/C worked well, keeping us cool during our summer visit. Thoughtful touches like ample towels, hand towels, shampoo, and soap added to the convenience and made us feel right at home.The hosts were exceptional, with outstanding communication from start to finish. They reached out proactively about two weeks before our arrival and responded to our questions within minutes. Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues during our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Loved the location. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean but damp and musty. Dehumidifiers were not that effective. Multiple stairs were not surprising but basement stairs were pretty steep. Not for anyone with a walking handicap. But loved the cafes and restaurants and shopping. Very close to piazza Navona.

It is a fine place

The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was good. Location was fantastic! Beds were comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again. But
Very low ceiling in the bedrooms. I could not stand up without hitting my head. And the clothes dryer consisted of a drying rack with a fan. If you plan to do any laundry, allow time for air drying. Accessing the bed for two adults was a challenge because you can only get in easily on one side. Still a great value and the location can’t be beat.

First trip to Rome

We were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law on their first anniversary and the apartment was perfect! The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was awesome and we could easily navigate through Rome and the sights we wanted to see from there. So many wonderful streets to wander and too many fabulous restaurants and gelato places to mention.
