One bedroom apartment in North Tenerife, with a 30 square meter terrace and 250 a sq.m. private garden both heading the Sea-sunset view.

It has plenty of light(All rooms have windows with the same beautiful view).

It has central heating, 40"tv with satellite channels, wi-fi, washer-drier, dish washer, modern full bathroom with a big shower,..........

Iit shares swimming pool and barbecue with 8 other apartments that we have in the farm. The swimming pool is heated and it is in a beautiful garden.

We offer our guests our seasonal fruit.

A cozy and very well equipped apartment with palm trees in the garden and beautiful sea view

Once again we had a wonderful and very relaxing time in this apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and everything in the apartment was in perfect condition. The friendliness and helpfulness of the team was fantastic. In the holiday complex we love the peace and the view and are already looking forward to coming back.

La Matanza - House 10

The Views Beds are very uncomfortable - my Wife slept on the sofabed in the living room for the whole stay. Found it strange we never once saw nor heard from the owners

Dear guest, I feel very sorry for the beds. The mattress are only two years old and you are the first guest that complains about them. I think that we all have different preferences and its difficult for us to satisfy everybody, and we really try hard on it. Its a shame that your wife felt so uncomfortable, and its also a shame that you didn't tell us, since I would of done something about it. We normally, if possible try to satisfy all our guests wills. There is not much to do, now that your holidays are over, but to say that I am really sorry. Kind regards, Enrique

Un verdadero paraíso

Fue la tercera vez que hemos disfrutado de este maravilloso apartamento. Esta vez mi hijo de 16 meses pudo disfrutar unos días inolvidables con sus abuelos. Fue todo estupendo, el lugar es un verdadero paraíso, hasta no parece real! Nos encantaron las vistas, los juegos en el jardín y la terraza, los atardeceres y el silencio absoluto, tan sólo pudimos oír los pájaros. Es nuestro lugar preferido) No se puede ser mejor anfitrión! El trato tanto de Enrique como de María es excepcional, su amabilidad y cercanía nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa. Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos! Martín, Jozef, Luba y Hana.

Cómo estar en el paraíso

Hemos disfrutado unos días en familia y con un bebé de 7 meses que ha estado muy feliz en el apartamento. No nos ha faltado de nada, tanto el apartamento como el trato de Enrique y María fue exquisito. Nos hemos sentido como en el paraíso - silencio absoluto, vista al océano, jardín y terraza privado para disfrutar con el peque... No se puede pedir más. Volveremos seguro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Hinweise und Wegbeschreibungen waren sehr genau, so dass wir alles bequem gefunden haben. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und nett. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik war toll. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Nutzung der Geschirrspülmaschine müsste etwas mehr an Geschirr da sein. Sonst läuft sie oft nur halb befüllt.

Emplacement proche de tout pour visiter, la vue océan et coucher de soleil. La terrasse, le jardin privé et le calme. Appartement très bien. Pas assez de vaisselle, la piscine pourrait être plus propre.

I am sorry for the pool, we have a new system for salted pool to make chlorine that its a lot more healthy for us, but we still have to make a few adjustments. It was clean but its true that it doesn't look totally clear, we will solve it this week. Sorry for that

Un espacio maravilloso con una maravillosa ubicación, para repetir.

El apartamento estaba genial, tenía todo lo necesario y era acogedor desde el jardín podías ver el mar e incluso el Teide el entorno, la piscina e instalaciones estaban muy bien... hemos estado muy a gusto.

We had a great stay at your lovely apartment with sea view. It is a wonderful place to relax. Everything was uncomplicated and the avocados were delicious. If you like trailrunning or hiking you will find nice trails nearby.

Sehr freundlich und prima Lage

Zum Empfang gab es erste Lebensmittel. Wir haben den Gastgeber zwar nicht gesehen, da wir viel unterwegs waren, die Kommunikation war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen optimal und wegen der Küstennähe oft sonnig, der Blick auf den Atlantik so schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Kleinigkeiten sind nicht ganz so gut, aus unserer Sicht die Matratzenschoner, die Wasserarmaturen, die nicht so gediegen sind, wie sie aussehen und die Anfahrt, die 20m vor dem Tor etwas eng ist. Das Gesamtbild bleibt aber durch Lage und Freundlichkeit bestimmt hervorragend.

Dear Thomas, Thank you very much for your nice comment, it is really important for us to receive them, so that other future guests can see them. Thank you also for letting me know what you didn't like (happily not too bad:) Because that will help me improve our apartment. I am sorry for the mattress cover, it is something that we use because its easy for us to wash it after our guests leave, so that they have a really clean bed where to sleep. That would be quite difficult without it, since its not so easy to clean a mattress. What I will certainly do is change it for a more comfortable one. Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Wir waren Ende September / Anfang Oktober 2019 für 9 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Diese entsprach in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Bei der Ankunft haben wir eine schöne und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung hat eine herrliche Lage mit wunderbarem Meerblick und großartigen Sonnenuntergängen. Sie ist ruhig gelegen aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen. Enrique war immer zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank an Enrique und für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances dans un endroit fabuleux

La vue sur l océan de la Terrasse est superbe. Une très belle végétation. Le jardin autour de la piscine est magnifique,avec transats,hamac,et bananes a disposition. Le logement est parfait,très bien équipé. Plusieurs attentions a l arrivée,vin,etc.... Peut être une climatisation

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit Blick übers Meer

Das Appartement ist von beiden Flughäfen gut zu erreichen. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und sauber. Der freundliche Vermieter antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Parken kann man problemlos auf dem Gelände. Hinweis für Anreise am Sonntag: Einer der wenigen Supermärkte, die am Sonntag offen haben, findet man wenige km entfernt direkt neben der Autobahn (Ausfahrt 35, dann rechts halten)

Das Appartement war geschmackvoll eingerichtet,gut ausgestattet und sauber

Der Vermieter war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das Appartement ist wundervoll gelegen und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Terasse ist perfekt zum ausruhen, essen oder auch Sport machen. Wir hatten eine prima Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.
