Schoon, mooi en ruim appartement

Bij aankomst kon de sleutel uit de kluis gehaald worden. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en overzichtelijk. Mooie slaapkamers en een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Op het balkon staat een heerlijke spa. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur met koffie en thee faciliteiten. Ook een rek met kruiden is aanwezig. Gastheer Juan reageert vlot op vragen en is behulpzaam.

Très bon séjour

Magnifique maison avec vue sur la mer. Maison très agréable à vivre et très confortable. Quelques petites choses à entretenir(parquet devant le frigo, stores intérieurs et extérieurs qui ne fonctionnent plus très bien) mais c'est vraiment du détail et n'a pas altérer notre séjour qui a été parfait. Attention une voiture est nécessaire

Sehr erholsame Tage

Ich habe mit Freunden und der Familie wunderschöne Tage in diesem genossen Haus verbracht. Das Anwesen liegt sehr günstig um Baden zu können und kleine Strand Spaziergänge zu unternehmen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung sehr ansprechend.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Großer Wohn/ Essbereich unten. Sonne im Februar ab Mittag. Highlight für uns waren der Whirlpool und die Außendusche. Zum Meer braucht man nur 2 Minuten die Treppe runter. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen

das fehlende vierte Zimmer

die Lage ist sehr schön nahe am Meer, das Meeresrauschen präsent, eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Ein modernes schönes sehr geräumiges Haus/Appartment. Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gewählt weil sie 4 Schlafzimmer hat lt. Angaben in der Ausschreibung. Bei der Ankunft gab es nur 3 Schlafzimmer, das hatte ich direkt reklamiert. Ein Zimmer war abgeschlossen, wie hatten sehr gedrängt dieses zu öffnen, da wir dort das weitere Zimmer vermutet hatte. Dies wurde verneint, dies wäre ein privates Zimmer des Eigentümers, mit seinen Utensilien, kein weiterer Schlafraum. Auf unser Drängen hin wurde dieser dann doch am Mittwoch, nach drei Tagen für uns geöffnet. Es war ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, es waren keine Utensilien des Eigentümers im Zimmer. Eine Rückerstattung für das fehlende Zimmer wäre für mich selbstverständlich - wir streiten darum, das wird abgelehnt, ich weiß nicht warum. Sauberkeit ok, mit verschimmeltem Kaffeefilter im Schrank. Whirlpool haben wir nur 1 x genutzt, es steht nun eine Forderung für die REinigung im RAume ? Als Antwort auf meine Forderung einer Rückerstattung für 3 Tage fehlendes viertes Zimmer (eine Person hat im Wohnzimmer geschlafen in dieser Zeit). Wunderschöne Wanderungen ins Nachbardorf möglich - dort gibts ein lokales Restaurant abseits vom Tourismus, heiße EMpfehlung. Auch die Naturbecken direkt vor Ort und im nächsten Dorf sind wunderbar . Waren meist nutzbar - an manchen Tagen wars zu stürmisch.

Amazing property, amazing views, all around amazing

This place was amazing. Gorgeous property, right near the water. Amazing morning views of the ocean and the top of Tiede. Host gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation. It was out little slice of heaven for 4 days.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage

Großes schönes Design- Haus in fantastischer Lage. Wir waren schon vor dem Check in da und konnten unsere Sachen schon mal abstellen. Die Putzfrau war sehr nett, wir fanden allerdings, dass es vorallem in den oberen Räumen etwas sauberer hätte sein können. Die Fahrt nach unten zum Haus ist atemberaubend schön, weil man den Teide von einer Seite sieht. Insgesamt die schönste Gegend auf Teneriffa. Im Haus hat man wirklich alles was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Leider hat die Whirlpool-Badewanne im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert was natürlich super schade war. Das hätte man uns vorher mitteilen müssen. Die Terrasse war toll, wir haben jeden Tag draußen gegessen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Bei der Sauberkeit musste ich einen Punkt anziehen. Und beim Check in auch, weil die falsche Hausnummer angegeben war und wir erst woanders klingelten. Dass die whirlpool Badewanne nicht ging, muss leider auch in die Bewertung mit einfließen. Wenn das nicht gewesen wäre, wäre alles perfekt gewesen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder!

We have come home so relaxed and are planning our next trip! Our only suggestions are that an electric kettle could be provided, and a map sent in advance, as the property is a little hard to find.

Great holiday experience

We have stayed in Tenerife many times and this was one of the best properties we have stayed in. Helpful and friendly owners, clean, well equipped (with everything in working order) and spacious accommodation. Plenty of outdoor space on the terraces with privacy on the rear terrace, and the front terrace being perfect to sit for an evening meal and watch the sunset. The Mesa del Mar seawater pool is wonderful for competent swimmers. Lovely short coastal walk to neighbouring El Pris. Nearby Tacoronte has everything you need for groceries. It was a good base from which to reach our usual island favourites - the volcano, Anaga and Teresitas beach on the other side of the island. The property and location was just great for ourselves and our four boys (aged from 8 - 15) and we would definitely love to stay there again.

Spacious villa with great view

Great villa in the uniqe place.

All my family love this big and modern villa. Villa is well-equipped with a superb view from terrace which overlooks the ocean. You colud heard the waves crashing on to the shore even when windows were closed - it was very relaxing music for us. We were made very welcome by the owner, very nice and helpful gentelman. The location is in a quiet area. You can go there by car but also is a bus to Tacoronte and bus stop is 2 minutes from villa. Owner has recommend local restaurant in El Pris (10 minutes walking) and that was great place, maybe not fancy but with great, very fresh food (fish, seefood) in good prices. We stayed for only one week but we intend to return as soon as we can. We higly recommend this villa as a place where we can relax and enjoy the view on the ocean.

A few days of relaxation, the house is by the sea, with unique views, sunsets enjoyed a very nice sun, everything is very new and very well equipped, do not miss the smallest detail, a luxury for a holiday, very recommended.

Una casa muy amplia, con excelentes vistas. Buena ubicación si deseas estar tranquilo, sin ruidos al ser una casa individual, con todo tipo de equipamiento. El salón perfecto, el menaje de cocina, la habitación de matrimonio de ensueño, vistas, jacuzzi viendo el mar... fantástica en resumen. Después de conocer muchos apartamentos y casas, en tantos viajes, no he visto una casa tan limpia y cuidada como ésta. La playa, de arena negra, a cinco minutos, piscina natural aún más cerca. Muy buena opción.

Wonderful Holiday!

"We had a really enjoyable holiday in this beautiful and spacious house. It was very well-equipped and very comfortable with a stunning view from the lovely terrace which overlooks the sea. We loved watching the waves crashing on to the shore and we could also see Mount Teide from our bed. We were made very welcome by the owner and his son who, luckily for us, spoke English. The location in a quiet area suited us perfectly yet we could be in the town centre in 5 minutes by car and were less than 15 minutes from the motorway so we could go anywhere on the island very quickly and easily. We stayed for 2 weeks but could happily have stayed for a month or more. We intend to return as soon as we can."
