BEAUTIFUL updated Knoxville house close to downtown & the aiport

This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from downtown and 3.3 miles to the University of Tennessee. It's a great retreat for personal and corporate stays in Knoxville. Come and enjoy scenic routes to the mountains and explore the beauty of Knoxville!

I was scheduled for a 8 hour surgery the day after I checked and had my family that needed a place to stay while I was in the hospital for the next 5 to 6 days. This place was awesome. It was like we were home. The host was nothing short of amazing. Very helpful for anything we needed. I would rate this place 10 out of 10. Very quiet neighborhood.
