Fantastic stay!

We loved the space and the very well equipped kitchen. We thought the views were outstanding for the large balcony. We loved the kids beach toys and everything was very clean. Hope to stay again. Thank you.

Enjoyable 17 days holiday

The apartment had everything we need for our stay and the view was amazing and we made the most of the outside space and the photo does not do the pool area justice.

Family holiday

Our 3rd time of staying here now and it is as lovely as always. The air conditioning was very welcome in the bedrooms this time too. Such a perfect location and well presented with attention to detail. We hope to come back again as it really is our happy place!

Great Location. Great Property. Great Terrace View

Property was clean and comfortable. Fabulous terrace with sea and mountain views and sun all day. Great location in centre of Mojacar Playa with promenade only 2 mins walk. Dozens of bars, restaurants and minimarkets within a few minutes walk.

Well equipped accomodation, excellent location and views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Our only problem was heating in the evening. The weather was particularly cold during our stay and unfortunately we could only use one radiator at a time otherwise it tripped the main fuse.

Wonderful views

The house is in an excellent location, an easy walk to the seafront and amenities whilst still being peaceful. The view from the balcony,which is bigger than it appeared on the website , are wonderful. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The house manager was helpful, arriving very quickly to change the gas bottle. A most enjoyable stay.

Lovely sea views

The house is very well equipped with plenty ofCrockery etc. In kitchen. Sunbeds and umbrellas are plenty. We did have a problem with the many steps to the property and then down to the pool. Taking sunbeds to pool was an issue for us.The views from the terrace are amazing.We were sent the wrong directions from vrbo.but thankfully we had Craig's number from a previous call as his number was not on the information at all.Overall the house is great but sadly too many steps for us

Good family holiday

Very good for our needs - 5 adults & 2 yr old. The accommodation was lovely. Lots of steps so may not be accessible for all, however we managed with toddlers buggy and one of us having mobility problems, so not huge issue. The location was ideal being equidistant to good parts of the beach, and most of the restaurants and bars on Mojacar playa. Good regular bus service to Mojacar town. Swimming pool is shared which is fine, but was too cold most days. All worked well with housekeeper meeting us on arrival and is contactable if need be, but not intrusive.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything we could have asked for was there including washing detergent, condiments and bin bags etc. The terrace is much bigger than the picture shows and the views are amazing. Perfectly located for bars and beach. The only negative is that the third bedroom does not have air conditioning. There were plenty of fans supplied but it was still very hot in July. I would absolutely recommend this house and would most definitely stay again.

Third time lucky

This was a twice delayed trip, thanks to covid and it was worth the wait. Communication with the owner was always excellent and they honoured our booking deposits even though we had to delay twice. A little hiccup with a noisy builder locally, brought a noisy start to one day, but the owner did everything they could to negotiate a substantial noise reduction- not their builder, so very pleased they intervened. The house had everything we needed, very clean, with very welcoming neighbours. The location with so ideal for our families apartment nearby we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A fabulous family holiday !

A great find and would have no hesitation in staying here with our 3 children again. Peter and Jan were helpful from the start and reading previous reviews we had high expectations. We were not disappointed!! The photos don’t do it justice! From the location, to the neighbours, the pool and the beach, everything was perfect! Mojácar has plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Our favourite was Torre Bahia and Bellavista, which were within a 5 minute walk. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the house was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, umbrella and chairs. I would recommend this to everyone! Perfect

We have just returned from two weeks in this super house in Mojocar. We are a family of 5 and the house and location were perfect for us. The beach is just a short stroll away, as are numerous restaurants and bars. There is also a well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes walk down the hill. The pool was lovely and warm - it could get busy at times, but the neighbours were all really nice so this wasn’t a problem and on many occasions we had it to ourselves. The house itself was clean and was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and beach toys. One very minor issue would be that the twin room could have done with its own pedestal fan which the other two bedrooms had, but aside from that everything was perfect and we can’t wait to visit again next year.

Casa de maravilla

Todo muy bien, la casa es preciosa muy bien situada, a unos 60 m de la playa, el mobiliario muy completo de todo no falta detalle,tiene justo debajo una piscina comunitaria que está muy bien y casi nunca hay nadie, la única pega por poner algo es la comunicación con el administrador que es inglés y no sabe nada de español, pero es muy simpático y al final con mi hija por teléfono que sabe inglés nos pudimos entender,por lo demás muy bien la recomiendo sin duda el año que viene repetiremos.

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick

Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren etwas durchgesessen und das eine Bett im Schlafzimmer neben dem Badezimmer war durchgelegen. Sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir hatten auch nette Betreuung durch Hausverwalter Craig.

Prima appartement schoon. Misschien meubels in de woonkamer aan vernieuwing toe. Wat minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Redelijk stijle trappen naar het appartement. Maar verder schitterende locatie zeezicht vanaf het ruime balkon. Kortom ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad.

Standard ponad oczekiwania

Obiekt bardzo dobrze przygotowany dla wakacyjnego turysty. Wyposażenie kompletne, wykraczające nawet ponad spotykane standardy. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Dom przestronny, dobrze skomunikowany. Całość wraz z basenem zadbane i serwisowane. Bliskość morza, głównego ciągu komunikacyjnego, restauracji i sklepów. Parking. Perfekcyjny kontakt z właścicielami oraz osobą na miejscu. Trudno szukać jakichkolwiek negatywów.

Angenehmes Haus an einem der liebenswürdigsten Ferienorte dieses Küstenteils

Selbst im Dezember konnten wir tagsüber immer auf der geschützten Terrasse verbringen , die Küche ist gut und mit schönem Geschirr und Gläsern ausgestattet , der Wohnraum praktisch , keine überflüssigen oder gar störenden Dekoteile ,die Betten sind angenehm..

Ideal Location

Excellent all round experience The Property was described very clean and of good quality. The views from the balcony were tremendous.Two minutes walk to the beach and restaurants .Communication with Peter throughout the booking process,and a couple of times whilst at the property were quick and and very good. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property.

Magic in Mojacar
