Casa Redonda Villa excepcional con piscina y panorámicas privadas vistas sobre el mar

Villa "Casa Redonda" está excepcionalmente bien situado en la montaña de Indalo, con vistas panorámicas al mar. A 3 minutos en coche o 10 minutos de paseo a la playa, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. La piscina privada está orientada al sur (10 x 4 metros) para el uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. La villa tiene una superficie habitable de aprox 240sq. m y está situado en 3,500sq. m de terreno, lo que garantiza la privacidad y el espacio. Todo está construido dentro de un nivel, mejorando aún más su comodidad de estar. La villa cuenta con una espaciosa sala de estar en forma redonda con un lugar del fuego abierto mayor seguridad, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos, despensa, tres dormitorios y dos baños. Toda la casa está equipada con sistema de Aclimatación (AC dual caliente / frío) para una mayor comodidad, así como una terraza-cubierta automatizado. Aproximadamente 250sq. m de varias terrazas alrededor de la propiedad, que ofrece opciones para sentarse ya sea en el sol o la sombra. La villa tiene una gran piscina privada (40sq. M), y un jardín bien diseñado mantenido por un sistema de rociadores automáticos. Zona de aparcamiento privado. Todo el complejo está excepcionalmente bien cuidado! WIFI incluido.
Apto para niños. Hay paredes compuestas y de área interior con una puerta, sin embargo, la piscina no es un área separada y los niños necesitarían ser supervisados.

Estuvimos 4 personas,La casa es espectacular. Mejor que los que se ve en las fotos. Es un lugar para desconectar al que no le falta de nada. Desde la casa se pueden ver amaneceres espectaculares. Y la piscina, la disfrutamos un montón. Estuvimos muy agusto. Repetiremos.

A little piece of Paradise

Casa Redonda is everything guests may wish and more, it is all even better than the beautiful pictures promised. The villa is gorgeous, spacious and very well equipped and has stunning panoramic views. The decor is very tasteful and stylish and the gardens and pool are lovely with a great relaxed atmosphere. Everything is immaculate, comfortable and well maintained. The lightning outside at night is just wonderful and peaceful, and it’s really nice to listening to the amazing sound of the Mediterranean Sea waves below. Johanna, the owner, is very attentive, helpful and friendly, always assuring the well-being of her guests. We had stunning holidays at this villa, our home away from home, and we do hope we can come back one day. We highly recommend Casa Redonda for a perfect holiday, we loved it!

Fantastisch huis, met schitterend uitzicht. Alles is uitstekend uitgerust ook, heel schoon. Grote slaapkamers met uitzicht op zee, lekker als je ‘s morgens opstaat. Johanna was snel beschikbaar voor vragen, ook erg prettig. Alles is precies als op de foto’s en dan nog wat mooier. Een heerlijke twee weken gehad.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet; man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Meer mit gepflegter Standpromenade ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wissen gar nicht, wo wir anfangen sollen – über die freundliche sympathische und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin, die unglaubliche Aussicht über alle Häuser hinweg auf das Meer und den Strand, der traumhafte und Garten der zum Grundstück gehört, der gepflegte Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen,die verschiedenen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus, die Innenausstattung mit Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und bei der an alles gedacht ist was man braucht...Dieser Platz ist einfach perfekt zum sorglosen erholen genießen und glücklich sein

heerlijk verblijf

de locatie is wat hoger gelegen maar met de auto gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het uitzicht is bijzonder en de woning heeft alle comfort. Alles is goed onderhouden. Door de ligging erg rustig, ideaal om te relaxen. Geen opvallende tekortkomingen, een aanrader.

Wonderful Stay

Pristine and beautiful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is wonderfully equipped, a huge amount of space, with incredible views. We had a brilliant time as a family watching the sun rise and set, as well as visiting the beaches nearby. Communication with Sacha was fantastic and we would love to return one day.

Casa Redonda

Lovely, spacious well equipped villa. Lots of outside space, plenty of shady spots and eating areas. Pool was more than big enough for 5 adults. Location was good only 10 mins walk to the sea however the walk back is very steep and a car is essential to get to the supermarket.

Beautiful villa, wonderful views

stayed for a week in August 2023 with family, kids are 19 & 17. First thing that greets you are the magnificent views of the sea and beach. Outside space has been carefully planned to give either full sun or shade at any time of the day depending on your preference. I've stayed at several villas across the med and this one has the best outside space I've ever had :-). Pool is decent size and allows swimming across it, maybe not ideal for very young ones as half of the pool is deep (~2m). BBQ area is great, we had a few of these and the supermarket just outside town has a wide selection of fresh produce for the BBQ. Lots of restaurants along the beach front which is only about 15 minutes walk. Only slight thing to be conscious of is the steep hills and steps down to the beaches & restaurants. We walked it regularly, but it is very steep and you know you've had a bit of exercise when you've done it. You do need a car for this villa as carrying provisions up the hill would be too much. There is plenty of parking down at the beaches and restaurants though if you choose to drive it. Overall it means the villa is private and has spectacular views though.

Holiday stay

The villa was lovely but it does need some tlc in places. The electric went twice whilst we was there, the first time was resolved when we got in touch with the owner and she told us where the electricity box was, the second time the owner had to get one of the neighbours to come round and sort the out. The pool there were a few tiles missing a d also loose ones. The views were amazing

Fantastic location with beautiful view

The house was well appointed with lovely art work and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great and even had floats. Mojacar had beautiful beaches and many excellent restaurants. Couldn’t believe how inexpensive food and wine was. We stayed 12 nights but wanted to stay forever

Outstanding villa

This villa location and style will leave you breathless! It is an absolutely 5* villa, the care and love that has gone into every internal and external aspect is simply stunning. We enjoyed one of our best holidays here in sept 22 and have booked again whilst we were still there. There is everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. The hill and short cut path is a bit steep..especially have a few GnT’s in the fusion bar but you get used to it; or stay in and BBQ overlooking the pool the choice is yours. You could not book a better villa in Mojacar and the host was so friendly along with Carmen who welcomes you to the property.

Family Holiday

We originally booked this villa before the Pandemic, thankfully Johanna the host allowed us to carry over the reservation. Johanna and Sacha have been fantastic to deal with, answering all our questions with speed and patience. Would happily recommend the villa and hosts to anyone looking to stay in Mojacar.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in dieser wundervollen Villa. Alles war sehr gepflegt und gut durchdacht. Besonders genossen haben wir die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich toll. Man hat einen weiten Blick auf das Meer und den Ort, ist innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand und fühlt sich dennoch fernab und völlig unbeobachtet. Ein toller Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Haus

Nie haben wir ein besseres Ferienhaus bewohnt. Alles vorhanden, sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Top bequeme Liegen am schönen Pool, man möchte gar nicht weg. Hier vermisst man nichts! Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Aussicht und Mojacar bietet jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin, falls Fragen auftauchen und immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen. Gerne auch länger, denn die 2 Wochen vergingen viel zu schnell.

Great house, great view

My husband, our two teenage kids and I stayed a week in the house this summer. We loved the house, the outside area with the pool and the view. It was very private. But also a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would love to come again.

Home away from home in Andalucia

We have just returned home after a wonderful 2 months in Casa Redonda. The Villa is everything it says on the website and more. The views from the extensive patio area are superb. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. It is ideal for a winter holiday as it has a very efficient log fire, reverse air conditioners, calor heater (not needed by us) and double glazing. The tasteful decor has an Indonesian flavour and there is an ample supply of interesting books to read. The main sunken living area has large comfortable settees, and is kept warm and cosy by the fire. Johanna, the owner, was very quick at responding to our queries, mostly about English TV, which is a bit iffy, but we did not go to Mojacar to watch UK TV. The gardens are beautifully maintained weekly by Manual, and Carmen his wife cleans the villa regularly. We loved entertaining the neighbours and made lots of new friends in Mojacar, but also enjoyed eating at some of the local restaurants, our favourite was Torre Bahia with menu del dia at 14 euros. There is a good live music scene, especially on Sundays at Lua. We hope to return to this little piece of Andalucian heaven next year.

My family first discovered beautiful Mojacar in the early 1970's. The enchantment of the old morish town, the engimatic blue ocean, the painters palate of colours in the natural surroundings, and the attractions in the area for both the younger/older and the more active/relaxed has kept us engaged throughout the years. We have moved our permanent base from Mojacar, however very much enjoy getting back for holidays often. We continue to maintain Casa Redonda with care and dedication as a 'home', and hope that you will enjoy you vacation there too!
