Absolute paradise

Casa Soleada was everything we expected it to be and much more. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and it was a home from home. The views are magical and it is so peaceful! The owners communications prior to visiting were so helpful with information on everything to see and do and where to shop and the best places to eat. The checking in process was simple and made easy by helpful communications from the villa manager based nearby. We were really sad to leave but it was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in and incredibly relaxing!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren für 2.Wochen in Casa Soleada. Das Haus ist sehr schön oben auf einem Berg gelegen mit einer außergewöhnlichen Anfahrt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lsge

Wir sind aus Deutschland mit dem Auto angereist. Die Verständigung mit der Hausverwaltung hat sehr gut geklappt und wir haben uns auf den Punkt getroffen und das Haus übernommen. Die letzte Teil der Anreise ist natürlich sehr abenteuerlich. Auch wer mit dem Mietauto kommt, sollte vielleicht nicht das kleinste Modell wählen. Wir haben das Haus zum Entspannen oder als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge genutzt (Höhlen von Nerja, Nerja, Competa, Granada mit Alhambra, Gibraltar (hier gibt es trotz Brexit keinerlei Einschränkungen), usw. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Una semana inolvidable

Los días que hemos pasado en la casa han sido inolvidables. La tranquilidad, las vistas, la piscina..., todo perfecto. El acceso a la casa es un camino que al principio parece complicado pero te acabas acostumbrando. La atención y comunicación tanto con Vicent como los anfitriones, Caroline y Malcolm, es perfecta. Sin duda la recomendaré a amigos y conocidos, y seguramente volveremos. Recomendable cien por cien.

Magnifique villa en plein cœur de la montagne

Super accueil, maison conforme à la description, tout y est pensé pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Tranquillité, aucun vis à vis, en pleine nature, une vue à couper le souffle. Le chemin d’accès n’est pas si difficile que ça, la maison est magnifique et très bien aménagée. C’est un lieu idéal pour contempler les étoiles et explorer la nature. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous, cadeau et panier de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Nous y retournerons certainement. Merci à Vincent, Caroline et Malcolm, nous sommes ravis de nos 15 jours à casa Soleada.

Another brilliant holiday

We have just returned from our second holiday at this villa and have had a wonderful time. The villa is very well appointed and has everything we want. It is a beautiful location, and the views of the mountains are stunning, particularly at dusk . Vincent , the owner, is great to deal with, and the local managing agents, Caroline and Malcolm, made everything just right for us and couldn’t have been better - they were exceptional. All in all a great holiday and we are returning next year!

Fantistic holiday house in the south of Spain

This holiday house is really fantastic. It's beautifully situated with a magnificant view over the mountains surrounding, and you can even see the see! I only have positives; the house is perfectly equipped with all you need, it's very clean and well maintained, spaceous and has a super swimingpool. The contact with the owner was very easy and pleasant, he arranged for a detailed and accurate description on how to get to the house and arranged for a nice welcome upon arrival. We had a fantastic holiday, a very highly recommend place to go !!

Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus. Herrliche Aussicht, schöner Pool

Wir waren Ende September für zwei Wochen dort. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Strecke ist mit einem normalen Pkw zu befahren. Das Haus liegt nicht ganz alleine, aber mit guter Privatsphäre. Die gut ausgestattete Küche wurde von uns täglich zum Kochen genutzt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Poolbetreung war gut und Carolin und Malcolm sehr liebevoll und bemüht. Das Problem mit dem TV Empfang konnte zwar nicht gelöst werden, war aber das Einzige, was nicht funktioniert hat. Es soll in der Zukunft jedoch funktionieren. Für uns zwei leichtgewichtige Frauen waren die Betten etwas zu stramm, trotzdem haben wir nachts die herrliche Ruhe genossen und tagsüber die schönsten Möglichkeiten um draußen zu sitzen. Ganz lieb fanden wir die Begrüßung mit einem Geschenkkorb voller Spezialitäten. In jedem Fall war dies eines der besten, von uns bisher angemieteten Häusern. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und kann daher sowohl das Meer, wie auch Malaga, das Einkaufszentrum oder andere Städte gut erreichen.

Une vue extraordinaire

Partout où se porte le regard, on découvre une nouvelle merveille : une vieille maison au mystère insondé, une ancienne petite ferme blanche au mur escamoté, des collines peintes d'ombres et d'oliviers, un brin de mer souvent voilé mais toujours imaginé, un pic sec, gris et majestueux , des couchers de soleil féériques et des nuits étoilées ; il y aurait tant à dire sur cette vue idyllique ... Et cette maison , où il ne manque rien , il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, elle allie charme et fonctionnalité fidèle à la description . A l'extérieur , on trouve une piscine idéale pour les 4 adultes que nous étions , un amandier et un pin à la fraicheur espérée, avec juste le filet d'air qu'il faut, pour rendre agréables ces journées chaudes et ensolleillées à souhait ... Et ces sons, des cigalles, des biquettes, ce silence vide de ville ... On peut profiter sur des chaises longues et un salon de jardin confortables. Bon ! il y a le chemin d'accès vraiment pas facile : il vaut mieux une bonne voiture ( ce que nous n'avions pas mais nous avons quand même fait avec) et un peu d'habitude... Vous nous avez offert un morceau de rêve que nous garderons dans nos souvenirs ... Merci !

Lieu magique, villa au top

Tres belle villa tres confortable et propre. La vue est magnifique. Tres calme. Les equipements sont plus que correct : serviettes de toilettes et de plage, bouees pour la piscine, gonfleur, boules de petanques, livres et cartes routieres, jeux de societe .... Cuisine bien equipee et fonctionnelle. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Caroline et Malcom. Nous avons apprecie le panier d accueil. La route est un peu cahotique mais cela n est qu un petit detail. Merci Vincent pour l accueil.

Fantastisch huis op een unieke plek!

Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Er zijn meerdere terrassen waar je zowel in de zon als in de schaduw kan zitten. Tot ‘s avonds laat kun je nog heerlijk van de zon genieten. Het huis heeft twee badkamers, waarvan één voorzien is van bad (ideaal voor kleine kinderen). Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig van kookgerei tot badhanddoeken. Ook de WiFi-verbinding is erg goed. Voor onze tweeling van 1 jaar hadden ze twee bedjes en kinderstoelen geregeld dus beter kon niet. Ook de ontvangst was super. Het enige nadeel vonden wij de 20 minuten smalle, deels onverharde, weg die je naar het huis leidt. Echter, als je er dan bent, maakt het uitzicht veel goed. Het huis is een echte aanrader als je tot rust wil komen en je niet elke dag de berg af wil.

Fantastic position and very well appointed villa....

We absolutely loved our one week holiday at this villa. The location is excellent, with a panaramic view of the Maroma mountains. We watched the sunset every evening. The villa itself is very well appointed , with everything that we wanted. Vincent, Caroline and Malcolm were all really friendly and helpful. The road to the villa was a little rough, but we soon got used to it. All in all our holiday exceeded our expectations and we ended our holiday by booking a return visit for next year !

We really loved the location and the clean villa. Everything what you need is already in the villa and more :-). From the villa and in the garden there is an amazing 360 view of the surrounding landscape. We loved the basket with local products, that was waiting for us: Thanx Vincent. Caroline is a good host and was a good help to drive in front of us to find the villa, since it's at the top of the mountain. Since the pool is not heated, it was a bit too cold for us, given the low temp. the past weeks. Normally the sun should have heated the water already. We had a great time, and we might go back in the near future.

Amazing villa in a great location which offered so much more than expected.

Fantastic location and very comfortable villa.

The villa is in a wonderful position high in the mountains with 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside. Very peaceful location and we enjoyed the passing goatherds. superb villa, fantastic views, higly recomended !

Had a fantastic 4 weeks holiday in this lovely villa in a rural setting !! Villa is very clean and lovely , very well equipped just like a home from home , lots of sittingplaces outside in comfy seats, fantastic views and every night a different sunset to watch just amazing, have never experiened a view just like this!! Wifi is excellent , never once failed!! A perfect place if you want a holiday away from it all , and about 15 minutes away by car is a big National park if you like walking up towards the moutain, Velez Malaga about 20 minutes away by car is a nice town , very spanish and lots of shops , a nice walk up towards the Fort on the top and that gives you a lovely view over the city ! Another 5 minutes further away and you come to El Ingenio , a big shoppingsenter , food , clothes , restaurants , and then a few minutes away you are in Torre Del Mar , a more international town with lots of shops and restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade to walk along ! Malaga city ( 1 hour approx away by car ) is a beatiful big city to explore in all kind of ways and lots of nice restaurants , shops , museums , etc, we really enjoyed the car museum !!! Was a bit worried about the dirt track up at first but then you very quickly get used to it so then it was absolutly no problem either driving day time or in the evenings after dark A big thank you to Vincent and also to Caroline and Malcolm who looks after the villa very well Looking forward to be back next year!! Magnifique endroit, un bout de paradis...

Pour passer des vacances dans un cadre idyllique, n'hésitez pas! La maison surplombe les collines: tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison (équipements, linge, vaisselle, infos touristiques,...)! Le Must: le calme incroyable et la piscine au coucher du soleil: tellement dépaysant que l'on a dû mal à quitter cet endroit... Seul bémol: l'accès par la route des crêtes, que l'on oublie vite une fois arrivés à destination! Un vrai bout de paradis au coeur de l'Andalousie!

magnifique coin d Andalousie !

superbe maison tres fonctionnelle , agreable a vivre dans un coin ensoleille et tres calme ! Ideal pour des vacances reposantes et destressante avec a cote un joli village andalou . Nous avons veritablement aime ce joli nid douillet ! A refaire tres bientot

Beau séjour fin Avril

Tres belle location. La vue est éblouissante et memorable du matin au soir. Depuis la piscine, le coin apéro ou meme de la chambre. De la maison on peut partir faire une ballade-rando deja tres jolie. La maison est isolée mais pas trop: avec une voiture on est 30'-45' au lac, a la mer... Sachez cependant que le sentier pour accéder à la maison est..un sentier, pas une route! N'hésitez pas à demander au propriétaire le 2e sentier pour accéder à la maison, cela rendra les trajets moins redondants.

Ola ! I am passionate about Spain since I lived in Madrid in 2000.

I love especially Andalusia because it is really an attractive region for its cultural richness and diversity. The country and the climate are fabulous. Local people are nice and friendly. It is always a pleasure to speak Spanish with them.

I was lucky to discover Spain not just like a simple tourist , but I had the opportunity to live and discover the culture from the inside.

In general I am passionate. My mains interests are, aviation, motorbikes (Harley Davidson ), travelling and Spain obviously !

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

L’acquisition de cette maison est pour moi la concrétisation d'un rêve vieux de 15 ans. De retour forcé en Belgique, j'ai immédiatement ressenti le besoin de revenir au plus vite en Espagne, et c'est ce que je fais 3 à 4 fois par an.

Je loue ma maison pour différentes raisons comme la maintenir et l’améliorer selon mes goûts , et pour aussi rentabiliser mon investissement !

J’espère pouvoir communiquer mon enthousiasme à mes invités et amis qui y séjournerons, en espérant qu'il partent avec l'espoir de revenir bientôt passer quelques temps et profiter des bonnes choses qu'offre le style de vie Andalou.

J'ai le projet d'aménager le car port en chambre d'amis avec sdb et vue sur la piscine depuis le lit :-) et de transformer la piscine en piscine à débordement vers la vallée ....

Casa Soleada is situated in a unique and preserved environment that will not be be altered by new constructions and new building. It is protected and will remain rural forever.
This gives a great value to the area and it makes the Casa Soleada a great place to enjoy holidays and relax in peace, far from the crowd. I also plan to restore the culture of the fruits , trees etc on the plot.
