I have rented many homes from VRBO and this one by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the time of booking, Blake went above and beyond. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and well taken care of. The welcome basket with thoughtful gifts was a nice surprise. Blake was very attentive throughout my extended stay. The coffee machine broke, and it was immediately replaced!! He even stopped by to make sure the yard was clean and free of leaves!! I travel often and I would rent this home again for myself and my family without hesitation! Thank you for making my stay in Arizona so enjoyable!

Amazing place and host

We couldn’t have stayed in a better place. It was as advertised which was appealing to us. Upon entry it smelled clean and fresh and it was clean and fresh. The owner left a unexpected but very nicely received welcome basket that was thoroughly enjoyed by us. The communication by the owner was top notch. I could go on and on but I will sum it up as a truly great experience in the vacation rental world. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very clean and comfortable

We were very happy with our stay here. Blake was great to work with and checked on us regularly. The pictures are an accurate description of the unit. Everything was as perfect as it looks and comfortable. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to shopping. Blake had a nice welcome basket for us, that was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable home in great location

My wife and have rented many vacation places and Blake, the host, has been by far the best host we have rented from. The location of the home is close to many attractions, restaurants, and activities.

Quiet and updated home in detached townhouse community

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at this townhome while waiting for our long term rental to become available for move in. The home is very clean, has updated furniture and looks exactly like the posted pictures . Our two dogs appreciated the small artificial turf yard and patio/bbq area. The community is amazingly quiet and includes a pool just down the street. Blake was very easy to deal with and surprised us with a welcome basket of snacks which was very thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Pets welcome was a huge plus for us!

This house was perfect for just what we needed for our family and 3 dogs. The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond for our family. We would stay here again and refer it out to any friends and family.

We migrated from Santa Monica, CA - crazy I know. However, we were starting a new chapter with our young kids. This neighborhood and the adjacent Stone Gate community has been every bit funtastic. Many memories created here. While you here, see if you can find the easter egg from the White House.

What makes this property unique

Secluded, quaint neighborhood with great access to shopping, travel, adjacent attractions, dining. We were surprised to find a freshwater river 20 minutes from our door. Great hiking, fishing, boating... floating the river is a must.
