Spacious and comfortable villa handy for everything

Well designed and appointed for families and/or a group of friends - the three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are serviced by the many, and very comfortable, communal areas, and the villa as a whole is well kitted out. The space, pool, landscaping, facilities, cleanliness and the location are top notch. The villa is a mere approx. 300m off the beaten track, and we had a lovely sense of peace and quiet while at the same time being within easy reach of the numerous bars and eating establishments, and the many delights Koh Samui has to offer. The owner and caretakers couldn't have been more helpful and unobtrusive - the welcome, advice, local recommendations and near to close checking in from Peter were particularly appreciated. We had a great time at Villa Catherine and thoroughly recommend it.

Home away from home

Peter is a great host and well supported by local gardener, cleaners and travel agent who help with all the day to day and make it a really pleasant and enjoyable experience. Peter’s place does benefit greatly with a rental car or scooter for ease of getting around, and the location is then a short drive to several great beaches and restaurants.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool mit den Liegestühlen ist perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub .

Bei Probleme keine Reaktion

Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut. Leider gab es probleme mit dem Strom von dem die Verwalterin vorher schon wusste und uns nicht informiert hatte. Da ich alle Lebensmittel wegschmeißen musste und auch sonst den Tag im Haus nicht nutzen könnte, hatte ich den Eigentümer angeschrieben und gebeten mir den Tag zu ersetzen. Leider kam dann keine Reaktion mehr. Nur bedingt Empfehlenswert.

Wunderschön

Wir, 5 Erwachsene, haben 18 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles genau so wie im YouTube, "villa catherine koh samu". Vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Haartrockner ist alles vorhanden. Sogar das Flughafentaxi, 500 Baht, wurde vom Eigentümer für uns organisiert. Der Empfang war so, wie man es sich "im Land des Lächeln" erhofft. Die Hausabgabe war unkompliziert. Der Strom wurde mit uns abgelesen und genau abgerechnet (3200.-- Baht). Die Adresse ist wirklich ein "Insider" auf der Insel!! Besten Dank an Peter, der uns sein Eigentum anvertraut hat. Auri & Gerd, Mario, Karin & Roli
