Spacious, luxurious and modern apartment of 105 m2 furnished any new comfort.

Ideally located in the quiet along the Canal de la Marne au Rhin Souffelweyersheim, 6 km from Strasbourg in France, on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with unobstructed water views, this apartment is the ideal place for a pleasant stay, particularly by the comfort and quiet it offers, you are with family, friends or business travelers.
With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (+ possibility bed (s) Baby) or 5 beds for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- 3 very comfortable rooms with a bed of 160 x 200 cm (duvet and 4 pillows), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe and LED TV 80 cm in 2 rooms; high quality bedding.
- Lounge / dining room with 2 sofa beds with a sleeping 140 x 200 cm each, living room table, LED TV and TV stand 102 cm, DVD player, dining room table that seats up to 12 people 8 chairs, 4 stools.
- Fully equipped Kitchen Gourmet (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine SENSEO, toaster and kettle); table and 2 chairs.
- Bathroom with washing machine and dryer
- Bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet and large closet
- 1 WC
- 2 large terraces facing east and west of 20 and 10 m2. The 20 m2 terrace is fitted with an electric blind, table and chairs for up to 10 people and 2 chairs.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Iron and ironing board
- All baby equipment can be provided at no charge upon request: baby bed, high chair, bath seat, bath cape, bottle warmer, ...
- A double garage in the basement with motorized doors + outside parking (not private location)
- A bus stop is in front of the residence and a tram stop 10 minutes. You can get to the center of Strasbourg by bus, tram or car in 10 minutes.
- A supermarket is 1 km away. Amenities (bakery, butcher, tobacco ...) are in the village.

Property was very clean and kitchen most everything you need to cook.Would suggest bathroom with the tub include a place for the shower head to hang at a higher level. Maybe a couple of extra hand towels and blankets.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Christine met us for check in and walked us through how everything works. It was extremely helpful. The apartment is very well set up and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you choose to. There are plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate larger groups as well as a large dining table.

Excellent modern apartment just outside Strasbourg with easy tram/bus line connections

This gem is located in a quiet northern suburb of Strasbourg. The host let us check in early and gave us a great overview of the apartment and the transportation options if you don’t utilize a car. Strasbourg and Colmar are worthy of a five day vacation on their own. The cobblestone roads and old rustic homes and buildings are spectacular. You must take the boat tour and visit the Cathedral of Norte Dame in Strasbourg. Thanks Christine for such a great vacation!

Beautiful apartment!

What a stunning apartment! Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a home from home holiday and ideally situated between the peaceful surroundings of Souffelweyersheim and the nearby canal and the city of Strasbourg. Madame Bingler is a warm and welcoming host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. The transport links are excellent (bus a short walk away and the tram only a few minutes further) so our trips into Strasbourg were easy and comfortable. A gem!

Great Location and Helpful Host

The host, Christine, met us outside the property upon our arrival and gave us a complete tour, showing us all the amenities, which were plentiful. She even returned when a minor issue arose, solving our problem promptly. From the location in a suburb of Strasbourg, it took little more than twenty minutes to get to the quaint “Little France” old city, while offering easy day drives to Colmar and across the border to Baden-Baden. Several cafes were nearby as well as a Super U grocery/department store and gas station. There was a very minor issue with mosquitoes due to recent rains and the nearby stream, but nothing that could not be managed easily. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Notre séjour

L'appartement est excellent, de la vaisselle en passant par le nécessaire de ménage, la machine à laver et le sèche linge, le chauffage....on a tout à porter de main comme à la maison. Nous avons adorer séjourner chez vous malgré la distance ( un peu longue tout de même, nous n'avons pas l'habitude de prendre les transports en communs).

Le séjour dans l'appartement c'est super bien passé. L'appartement est tel que sur l'annonce, impeccable et bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Erholsame Tage in Straßburg

Tolle, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Kanal zum Spazierengehen hinter dem Haus. P+R-Parkplatz mit Trambahn nach Straßburg auch fußläufig in der Nähe. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckereien. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Tolle Wohnung, netter Kontakt

Waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort. Wie immer sehr netter Kontakt, sehr sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und tolle Lage. Der Gare de Hoehenheimm liegt max 10 Fuss Minuten entfernt, mit dem P&R Ticket kann man mit bis zu 7 Personen für 4,20€ (Stand Okt 23) nach Strasbourg und zurück mit der Straßenbahn fahren (für alle, nicht pro Person!). Unsere Restaurant Empfehlung ist S'Kastele in Schiltigheim, knapp 2.5km entfernt. Super elsaessische Küche zum fairen Preis, gibt auch ein Kindermenü, Reservierung ist empfohlen! Und die Portionen sind sehr groß, man kann sich aber auch Reste Einpacken lassen 👍 Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall eine 100%ige Empfehlung.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet, um mit der Tram nach Straßburg zu fahren und mit dem Auto das Elsass und die Vogesen zu erkunden. Danke für den gelungenen Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt ideal für einen Besuch in Straßburg, wenn man nicht direkt im Trubel der Stadt wohnen möchte. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Stechmücken im Wohngebiet, welche uns gleich bei der Ankunft schon geplagt haben. Aber wir wussten, dass wir damit in dieser Region rechnen mussten. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt für sechs Personen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung im dritten Stock (mit Aufzug) war genau so, wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert genutzt, verteilt auf die drei Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung in allen Räumen und es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen guten Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Zwei Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und der Empfang durch die Vermieter ist herzlich und informativ. In die Innenstadt kommt man sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. An der Endstation Hoensheim steht ein P&R zur Verfügung und für 4,20 Euro können alle Autoinsassen in die Innenstadt und zurück fahren. Parken in der Innenstadt ist sehr teuer. Der nächste Bäcker ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Großer SuperU in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
