This marvelous 90 m² apartment is composed of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are communicating, each equipped with a double bed, perfect for a trip with family or friends. Calm, design, and comfortable, perfectly equipped, neat decoration with quality French bedding.

On the 5th floor without elevator, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ill and its greenery from the charming old buildings of Strasbourg to seeing the German mountains of the Black Forest from the windows of the rooms and the living room



The spacious living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, is perfect for a well-deserved rest after a great day of sightseeing between Petite France and Neustadt.

You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker)

The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a double washbasin and a large shower cubicle as well as a toilet. The apartment also has a washer-dryer.



The accommodation is located in a paid parking zone on the road by parking meter (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays).

From 6 quai Zorn (170m walk from the apartment) you have the start of a free parking area (but places are limited)

The BATELIERS underground public car park located on rue de Zurich is 800m from your apartment (24-hour parking around €20).



This family neighborhood has many local shops. If you prefer to dine out, you will find many restaurants nearby: the Golden Square, the Krutenau Neustadt are very lively areas, with pleasant cafes and restaurants.

In the heart of the Neustadt district, an unparalleled urban creation, built to make Strasbourg a showcase of Prussian power, the Neustadt is distinguished by its grandiose squares, its wide airy avenues lined with trees but also by an alliance happy between the monumental and a keen sense of the landscape. It is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This astonishing post-Haussmann district shows certain architectural extravagances, happily mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last testimonies of German architecture from the end of the 19th century.

Among the must-see places: the Place de la République, the avenue de la Liberté, the Art Nouveau buildings.

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
