Great Stay

The condo was super clean and comfortable. Having fishing gear available was a huge plus for us, the fishing was good too! I hope to be back!

Fantastic place to relax

Outstanding host and the property was incredible clean and a comfortable. Fishing gear made fishing from the dock super easy. Would definitely stay at this location again. Supermarket is a very short walk and the beach is not much further to catch a beautiful sunset!

Perfect Vacay Stay

Condo was clean and well kept. Fantastic location for waterway and beach access. Pools and grounds were very nice. Balinda couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive with communication. Definitely recommend! Exceeded our expectations.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

There are so many great things about this condo but i will just name a few. The owners were quick to respond to all our questions and needs. Extremely clean and well stocked. The view was AMAZING!! I would give this place a 1,000 stars if that was a thing.

Clean and comfortable

After many years of renting out a property at Madeira Beach, this property was by far our favourite. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our host Balinda was very attentive if we needed anything. Close to all amenities. For sure a 5 star stay or more. Thank you Balinda and Brian.

Nice unit in a great location

Liked the unit a lot. Comfortable furnishings and bed, clean, close to restaurants, the beach, and all that area has to offer. We chose it because it had a boat dock and we were bringing our boat, which was great to have so close to the unit. (Owners said that may change though.) Very nice place for a family to stay.

Great spot!

Beautiful stay! We has plenty of time on the beach which we chose to do the short drive to. We had small children. I actually dropped them off and drove back to the condo and strolled to the beach! The patio was a great sitting area to unwind from the day! The condo was very spacious with room to spare and we had 5! Would definitely stay there again!

January getaway

Excellent location! Unit was very clean and so well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our 6 yr old granddaughter had everything to entertain herself from fishing pole to basketball to tennis. We enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and many evening meals. Great to have a grill at the unit. Balinda was great with any and all communication. We felt so welcome and appreciated all the little extras that were included. We highly recommend this unit and would love to return!

Wonderful experience

We stayed from 7/16/22 to 7/23/22 and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and quiet and the location was superb. Walking distance to everything we could need including the beach, grocery store, drug store and numerous eateries. Waterfront view of the intracoastal was lovely and we saw dolphins on numerous occasions. Amenities were plentiful and the provided wagon made it easy to haul everything to the beach or the fishing pier. Fishing was my family's favorite pasttime and my boys (23 and 12) even caught a shark and a few stingray. Balinda is a wonderful and friendly host and readily available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise (although we had no issues with anything). I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location

Highly recommend. Just as described. Very clean. New furnishings and comfortable beds. Within Walking distance to several restaurants.

This really is a great place to enjoy your vacation. Balinda is great renter. She was so supportive and made the stay very comfortible for us. We had five wondful weeks in her condo and were very happy about the location. Short walks to the beach, a very well maintainted site and a nice neighborhood. We hopeto get back soon. This is an excellent unit with a great renter! Extremely clean and exactly as advertised. View is great, very secure complex and the condo is just as advertised. Balinda was easily accessible and very thoughtful. You will not go wrong renting this unit at Madeira Beach.
