From the moment we entered the condo we were amazed. Beautifully decorated, every night of our stay we saw spectacular views of the moon at night and sunrises in the morning. The kids enjoyed the beach as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. Overall we were very pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to our hosts.

Fantastic condo with the amazing views of the ocean, peaceful, clean and stocked with everything you would need. Even, the fans cause us southerners like our fans to sleep. I’ll definitely put this on our list to come back.

As always Water Pointe 1 was great. The grounds and pools are nicely kept, the grill area is clean, and the access to the beach is wonderful. The condo we stayed in was immaculate. We had a wonderful week here and the weather was great!

Great beach get away

The condo was beautifully furnished, had all the necessities and then some. Debbie responded quickly to help us resolve a minor problem. Our family felt at home here even our grand daughter loved playing with the toys provided. Would love to come again.

We truly enjoyed our time at Waterpointe 1. The condo is exactly as posted on the site. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of the starter items (paper towels, garbage bags, tp)Decorated so “beachy” yet very homey feeling! I would definitely recommend. The views from the balcony at the ocean are beautiful
