The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and an attached breakfast bar, while the dining area offers additional seating. On-site, this complex offers a variety of amenities including two pools, a pool spa, sundeck, and a fitness center.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Reservations from March through October include beach service.
Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 13.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

First time in Panama City beach.

This was our first time in Panama City beach, this home was the cherry on top. It’s nice and has everything you might need during your stay. We had a great time and more likely coming back next year.

Wish I could be more positive.

Vacasa does a good job of property management. The facility is clean and monitored well! We had an issue with musty and mold smell in unit. They took care of it immediately but didn’t follow up to see if it was corrected. This unit needs lots of TLC

Great Stay

Location was perfect. We prefer the lower part of Thomas Drive. Condo was clean and well equipped. Speedy and quiet elevators was a plus since unit is on the 13th floor. Easy access to schooners next door. Looking forward to our next visit. Beach service with this unit also. Will definitely book again.

Perfect for couples and small family

The condo was clean and everything worked as it should. The balcony furniture was comfortable. The bed in the Master was comfortable. The bonus room has a full bed rather than bunks. So many want to know what kind of coffee maker there is. Both a drip and a k-cup style is available. We have stayed in this unit more than once and it always is clean and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful vacation, and this condo was part of that. Being on the 13th floor was ideal. Wonderful view, and hardly any noise from the beach, other than the ocean. The place was homey, well supplied, and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We would love to come back to this very condo some day.

Great Decor

We loved everything about this condo. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great view from the private balcony. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. The ocean decor in every room really made this place special. We loved it!!!

Beautiful view and timely service

4.5n rating...Office, condo has a great floor plan, kitchen had nice pans, and utensils. Informed them that the floor needed care bad and within hours housekeeping came. The drapes need to be repaired and the rod they are to hang on. Made the front room look unattractive. Love the beach guys and pool guys. always so friendly and kind

Awesome location

We have stayed at Seychelles for the past few years and LOVE it! This unit was nice but we won’t book it again mainly due to the bed. It needs replacing in a bad way! 5 nights of total uncomfort can make even the best vacation a misery. Too bad!

Beautiful Unit

Love the unit and all beach decor. Very clean and well furnished throughout. Smart TVs a big bonus! Only reason not a 5 star is the mattress needs updated...you can feel the springs while you sleep and made for some uncomfortable nights.

Always love staying at Seychelles!

We had a great week at the condo. Was a little disappointed in the plumbing issues. None of the sinks properly drained and I found a tag to a g string in the sheets which was a little concerning but we had fun! ?

We love Vacasa!

Another incredible experience in the books! Thank you Rachel and you're whole team for making this long weekend incredible. We loved walking to the local restaurants, Schooners and Sombrero's were two favorites. Waking up to the stingrays and dolphins in the water was incredible. The beds were super cozy and the condo was so clean! TY again for everything. Can't wait for the next stay!

Pretty and well equipped apartment

Apartment 1305 at the Seychelles Beach Resort is a lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

Not a comfortable unit

Very Dirty balcony floor, broken furniture. Horrible curtains provided no light blocking for restful sleep, master mattress very very firm, bed squeaked with every move. Nasty dirty fan blades, dirty blankets. Husband’s heel was punctured by a broken door stop, he’s still in pain. No tv power remote in master, no bulb in closet light fixture. Smell of sewage in hall bathroom, both bathroom sinks are slow to drain. This unit has carpet in bedrooms and is stained and musty . Empty travel shampoo bottle left in bathroom. With TLC this unit could be a winner. I would not recommend renting this unit as it is now. The only saving grace was the beautiful beach. We’ve had good experiences the past several years at Seychelles, not this time. The kitchen was also missing a few things like a pitcher w/lid, scissors, two pot holders, a dish cloth.

Great location, property needs work.....................

Seychelles overall is a great property. It's location on the end of the St. Andrew's Bay area is great. Close to everything, but on the quiet end of the beach. Schooners , Capt. Anderson's , lots and lots of places to see and eat. This particular unit we stayed in needs a lot of attention. Compared to other units *(Several family members also stayed in the complex the same week) this unit was tired, dirty and needed some big time TLC. The paint was peeling/chipping, carpet in the master bedrooom was FILTHY. Curtains falling down, patio was almost black with piled up dirt. So much potential and probably was a lot better "back in the day".

Nice Location

This was our 3rd year staying at this resort. We really like the location, it isn’t as crowded, but it’s still Florida beach in June so you still have a lot of people. These units are laid out well and have a great view of the ocean. They can easily accommodate 5 adults. The elevators where busy but there were only 2 working the week we where there. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard. The other bedroom is more like a half room, it will sleep 2 small persons. The hinge on the refrigerator was broken so it would open and slam into the cabinet if you didn’t catch it. You are close to several good restaurants. The beach service is very good and you can rent jet skis or do a banana boat ride. Overall we would go back again.

Great condo but.

Everything was great. I feel they could have spared a few more towels. Called down to get some more was told they don't give them out. Only had 4 towels and 5 occupants. Says it sleeps 6... but not enough towels for the occupants.

Accommodations are great. I’ve stayed in this unit 3 times and Seychelles between 30-40 times. As much as I enjoy staying here I have to say the price has gone out of control. The price has doubled in the past 3-4 years obviously there are many factors contributing to this but for me I feel a large part is just price gouging. I’ll be looking to come back 2 more times this year and if the prices don’t come back in line with what I feel is reasonable I’ll be looking elsewhere. Respectfully Steve B.
