This was our second stay at Andre’s condo. The first was awesome, and this time was no different, maybe even better. Andre is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The condo is amazing. The oceanfront balcony offers a wonderful view. We will definitely book with him on our next opportunity!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was fantastic and the condo was perfect and very clean.The condo location is awesome with less traffic to deal with and great restaurants nearby. We will definitely be staying again!!!

Great views, quiet location, covered parking is nice. Bed is firm and comfortable. Plenty of paper towels and garbage bags were left in kitchen. It would be nice to have an ice maker instead of having to empty ice trays. Maintenance evidently let themselves in while we were on the beach - used the bathroom and left the seat up and didn't flush, also made a mess in the hallway while working on smoke detector, I assume, without sweeping up. One of the three elevators did not seem to be working but not a huge deal since it wasn't that crowded. Several outlets in the kitchen stopped working for some reason. Owner offered to come up and check on it but we declined and just moved the coffee pot. Also not a huge deal. The keypad to get in was cool and easy to operate.

The condo building is very well managed and kept up. Pool area extremely clean. They have the fastest elevators so if you are on a high floor it makes a difference. The host was by far a superstar. Quick response and available if you need anything. On the quite end of the beach writhing walking distance to many amenities.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! The beds were comfortable, view was amazing and you truly can’t beat the location! I would absolutely stay here again!

Quieter end of Panama City Beach. Less congested, and still a ton of things to do. And best views on the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I keep them very clean, I run dehumidifiers to cut back on excessive moisture, and I'm right downstairs, which means I can be super responsive when needed.
