We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. We enjoyed the canal access. We loved that there were 2 kayaks there. The beds were comfortable. I noticed someone complained about the airport noise, but we barely noticed it. The balcony outside was great. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet when we were there.
There were a couple of minor issues:
-I did not like the check-in process. I found it annoying to have to make an additional stop to pick up the code and paperwork, especially since that information could easily be provided electronically.
-The A/C does not run efficiently. It constantly runs and rarely gets to 72 degrees. They have it set to get as high as 80 in the night, so we woke up hot and had to manually get out of bed and turn it back down.
-There are no food staples at all in the house. You will need to provide everything--spices, cooking oil, condiments, ziplock bags. They provide a very small amount of TP, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap, but it is not enough for one week so you'll need to purchase all of that stuff.
