Different location for us

Very nice area. We have stayed up and down the Panhandle, and we enjoyed the quiet location. It was not as crowded as other places we have been especially for the July 4th week. This unit is nice and very comfortable. It has a side view of the Gulf/beach and a short walk to beach. Th wine negative is you do not have an assigned umbrella set up for the week. You have to go down early to stand in line for a beach front setup which we need with small children to be able to watch them in the water. It is not enjoyable to have to stand in line at 7:00 am while on vacation. Otherwise, we had a great week.

Perfect Location

This condo is perfectly located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on pristine Seagrove Beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The deck has a nice view of the beach but offers protection from wind and sun. It was great to have a W/D in the unit and beach service. My only recommendations are: 1) include instructions on operating TV remotes / Dish; and 2) provide a set of decent wine glasses (the kitchen only had one old wine goblet).

Great Time Had by All!

The view is great, the Condo was nice and updated! Would of been nice to have a door or drape on bunk bed/washer and dryer room. Could use a few more dishes, glasses and Tupperware. Over all, it was very nice, I have had a few better and a few a lot worse.

Great location and all the amenities needed

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Dunes of Seagrove. The location of the building is ideal. We could walk to businesses/restaurants. The access to the beach (and chair service) was absolutely wonderful. A portion of the pool is heated which meant a lot to us during our visit mid-March. The balcony of the unit is large and offers a magnificent view of the ocean. It was our favorite part of our unit. The bedrooms and bunk beds fit us perfectly. The kitchen was completely functional and we did use it quite a bit. I would recommend the owners supply a couple more glasses. There was only one wine glass! Also, there was not enough hot water for the unit. We are a family of five and the hot water would run out after the first shower. Another comment is that the television is not internet-enabled which was really disappointing. We had wanted to watch shows/movies using our streaming services but could not connect the television to the internet to connect/log in. At the very least, it would be good if some cables were left in the unit so that we could have hooked up our tablets/laptops to access streaming services. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. There is so much to see and do in this area and Dunes of Seagrove is the perfect home base.

Great Location and clean condo

I was happy with the front desk interaction. We had an issue with the dish washer at check in, but I called the front desk and within minutes we had a great help come in and fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This unit has a great view! The balcony is spacious and the view is fantastic. However it is in need of an update as far as mattresses, furniture, and H-vac are concerned. The kitchen is well equipped and it has a nice big fridge. There is very little space as far as pantry needs are concerned.

Much Needed Vacation

Vacasa and the Dunes of Seagrove did not disappoint! After a crazy 2020 (I’m a teacher) I needed a place to relax and decompress … the condo was amazing! We had an issue with the dishwasher, but the office was quick to get it taken care of. The pull out sofa needs a new mattress, but it worked for my son … extra blankets would be nice to help cushion it. The only other thing is the master mattress … if you like hard and firm you will love it but by the last night my back was a little stiff. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing week.

Lovely Beach Condo!

Well appointed and super spacious. Great location. Pools and beach service were amazing. Assigned parking spot was so convenient. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) but enough room in the unit to host our family members who were staying in B403 for dinner. The AC cooled well but was quite loud- not a deal breaker for us but should be noted. All in all a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was EXTREMELY clean & well equipped with plenty of towels in the bathrooms & kitchen, nice dishes, pots & pans, & knives. I bring a lot of those things on vaca stays, & I only used my largest skillet. Frig was huge & worked well. Beds were extremely comfortable. View was the best!! Loved the daily beach set ups & bikes.

This is our 5th time staying at this property but our first at this condo. The location and views cannot be beat. The condo was very clean with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We will definitely be back!

Great gulf location

The condo was fantastic - with a view I will certainly miss. Master bed was very comfy. Kitchen was laid out nicely. Clean and well appointed. Easy access to all the beach towns from this location. I would absolutely stay at the Dunes (this unit!) again.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We booked this condo last minute and everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove 3x now and B404 is definitely the best one yet. The view was spectacular, the house was well equipped with anything you might need. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly. And my favorite was the balcony furniture. The chairs were so comfy we even looked up where to buy them! 😂 We usually go the week following when peak travel season is over but, well, with the current situation I feel it’s not going to matter. We were hoping the beach was not as crowded as it was but we ended up renting an extra umbrella for the week to give us more space to allow for social distancing and allow our kids to play. We used the Shipt service and with a little meal prep, we never had to leave the resort. I was a little nervous traveling during Covid but with planning, safe practices, social distancing and wearing masks, this vacation was seriously JUST what my family needed!!
