Come stay a while at One Seagrove Place, located in Seagrove Beach, FL, on South Walton's scenic Hwy 30A!

Upon arrival, lay your head down for the night in a roomy King bed made up with luxury linens in our Master bedroom. Wake up to the shimmering blue-green waters of the Gulf lapping against the world-famous white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Get showered and ready with plush towels in the Master's private, full bathroom. Our second bedroom features two twin beds with its own full bathroom that can conveniently be accessed from the main living area.

When you are ready to get some sun, or get the juices flowing with a dawn beach run or yoga, the white sand beaches are only a few steps away! One Seagrove Place is located south of 30A and features private beach access directly from the building. If the pool is more to your liking, soak up some rays in the private, gated pool accessible only to One Seagrove guests.

After a big day in the sun and sand, treat yourself to one of 30A's fabulous restaurants! There are many local eateries within a stone's throw of One Seagrove, and it's only a two-mile stroll down the beach to the beautiful Seaside Square. A short car ride will get you to Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, or Rosemary Beach, each with incredible eating and local shopping for all ages!

If you aren't out enjoying one of 30A's award winning restaurants, make yourself at home in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous solid granite counter tops, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. Head down to the nearby Publix supermarket or simply walk to Goatfeathers for fresh local seafood and savory appetizers. After your meal is prepared, there is ample seating at our kitchen table and bar, or enjoy on the spacious, private balcony with unobstructed Gulf views.

If you're looking for a beach getaway with amazing views, incredible food, and plenty of sun and fun, our condo is the one for you! Just a few amenities of our condo to make your stay more enjoyable include:

We just stayed 3 night and we went for the closeness to my son’s house so did not use the amenities. We did enjoy the gulf view in the morning having our coffee. The color of the water is beautiful. The unit is neat and clean and the bed was super comfortable.I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo and vacation!

This is my 2nd time to rent from Jay. He is very thorough with communication and provided all the information we needed. I accidentally forgot shampoo and he has a little “care”package which was enough until I could get to the store. The condo is so convenient to everything and perfect. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Property was beautiful! Location is great. Right in the middle on 30A! The view is awesome and the beach access is super convenient! This is our second year at this building but first time in this room and we will definitely be back. My family and I loved it.

Wonderful condo in Seagrove Beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Seagrove. The views of the Gulf are beyond description...watching sunset from the balcony is pure joy! The place was clean and comfortable and so many small details made our stay perfect.

Great Ocean Views

Perfect location and condo

I am going to start by stating that I am not really a beach person but staying in Jay’s condo may have converted me! I loved the location and the condo was perfect. It was exactly like the photos and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my stay. I was also a little apprehensive taking two teens but there was so much for them to do in the area. I am already looking to book another visit this summer!

Clean condo unit & beautiful view!

Clean condo unit with a beautiful view! Easy access to the pool and public beach. I wish there were a few more amenities to make traveling/staying with our young family easier (no shared beach umbrella, no laundry detergent, no way to lock door from the inside). With that in mind, I’d recommend it to a friend.

Slice of Heaven

This place has all you need. Right on beach with easy access. The condo has everything for our family of 4. Clean, comfortable beds, all kitchen accessories, and fast elevators. Best of all James answers any communication within minutes. This was the best stay on 30A we have had in years and we will for sure stay here again.

Great stay!

This property is a great play to stay on 30A. It is difficult to find a really affordable place to stay along 30A, this rental is an excellent option! Clean, great location and beautiful ocen view.

Great location!

The condo was just as pictured and only steps away from the beach. LOVED the large balcony! Located in the middle of the 30A stretch was perfect. And the sunsets were amazing!
