Great Getaway

Very safe area, close to everything, very clean and had everything we needed. We were a little confused with the elevator at first and parking was a bit challenging but would definitely visit again. Wonderful stay!

Pretty Good

Check in was easy. The room was not a disappointment but there was a funny smell in the room. We did not use the kitchen but noticed the oven top had a big crack across the top. It’s a little expensive for what you get. A hotel would be cheaper and just as comfortable.

Great condo

Great condo, very clean and so convenient to many places. We loved coming back and relaxing in between outings. Was easy access from the main roads but quite and peaceful.

Perfect location!

This was exactly as advertised. Very close to everything but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet. We would gladly go back again.

It was just overall very welcoming. We loved how easily we could get to everything and how quiet it was at the end of the night. The view was amazing from our room. Just an overall 10/10 experience.

After our condo flooded Kelly went out of her way to find us another one to finish our stay. Kelly made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. She is great!!

Adult getaway

Stayed for only 2 nights and didn’t really get to utilize many of the amenities. Condo was nice and clean. Indoor pool was a little chilly. Very close to Dollywood. We’d stay again for sure.

Fall Foliage Trip W/Friends

Property was everything we expected. Clean and comfortable; could definitely use more bath towels, hand towels, as well as dish towels. We cooked so a few mixing bowls would be nice. Area was really nice and secure, lots of shopping, restaurants. Old Mill Restaurant, Reagans Pancakes, and Huck Finns Fish House were all really good.

Great stay!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much! Place was very clean, close to everything we needed and no issues with traffic. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable for sleeping for my 2 children. Bring extra blankets for padding if you can! Host is very responsive and quick with responses. We would stay here again! Only 1 suggestion would be to provide guests with a dish sponge.

We had an excellent time. The condo isn't far at all from everything. Everything was clean. Kitchen had lots of dishes. Air worked great! The pool was a little walk but not bad. Definitely recommend staying here.

This worked out great for our family of three. It was clean, quiet and the sofa was comfortable to sleep on (we didn't pull it out). A couple of times we came back late in the evening and ended up parking pretty far away...just a 1-2 minute walk. There is a trolley stop at the resort entrance, but it was cheaper to drive to the transit center at Patriot Park, where parking is free all day, and get the unlimited trolley pass.

Perfect for 2 adults a small child

I really enjoyed the stay. It was perfect for our 4 yr old birthday getaway. We were close to everything and we had a lot of fun. We didn’t make it to indoor pool, however there is one. One thing I appreciated as a clean freak is that the linens and blankets smelt nice and fresh. Clean for sure. The place was clean and just enough room. There was at least a couple of rolls of paper towels and toilet paper incase you didn’t have time to go by store first. It was a nice view of golf course. The only thing that I wish was more comfortable was the pull out mattress. I ended up putting it back together in the sofa and someone slept on it bc it wasn’t comfortable. The other one other thing that interesting was the neighbors above us sounded like they were swimming in their room at 2am the first night. It’s extremely quiet in the room so you hear everything. I plugged my fan in the second night. Other than that, it’s perfect for small stay and small family of 2-3.

Basic stay in good location

Overall it was a good place to stay. The location to Dollywood and the main drag couldn’t have been better. Communication with the property manager was great and they got back to me quickly. The condo is very basic with no frills. It was clean and safe but it desperately needs to be updated with a little bit of TLC. My complaints have to do with the details. The details make the stay though! I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool due to the condo not supplying pool towel. Why advertise a pool and not provide towels?! Also the bath towels provided were not the best a there were only four for the entire week. There is no garbage disposal in the sink so made it harder to do dishes. The “dish rag” provided was a white bathroom wash cloth!!!! I was appalled by this! Who knows what that wash cloth I need to use to wash dishes with was used for in the past! Yikes! The fan that was there didn’t work properly and the outlet next to the bed was loose and I couldn’t charge my phone there. Overall, it was a decent stay and we didn’t spend much time in the condo.
