Romar Place 404 is a fourth floor, 3 bedroom unit featuring a private balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious 1300 square ft condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The master bathroom includes a garden tub. Two elevators are provided for your convenience.

Our guests have full access to the outdoor pool, beach-side sun deck, indoor pool, and outdoor grilling area. On the beach there are umbrellas and lounge chairs available for rent. Searching for grocery stores, shopping and restaurants? Look no further than just down the street! If you have questions before booking, please let me know. 404.822.0191

ROMAR PLACE 404 is a low density building. Since there are only 66 units, you're never elbow to elbow with other vacationers. There's no waiting for elevators or for space on the beach - what you would encounter if staying at one of the 'mega' complexes.
Unobstructed views of the beach and outdoor pool and convenient location to stairs make this the ideal location.

*Sleeping accommodations include:
* King bed in Gulf front master bedroom with private bath, oversize tub

Our family loved our stay! Sally shared her beautiful place with us. Lots of room to spread out for our family of 5. The pool was such a hit for our kids, and we loved the ease of getting right on the beach. The giant porch was our fav for both morning and evening views and to listen to the waves. Sally was fantastic! She was easy to stay in contact with and made sure that things were great for us. We would absolutely stay again if (when;) we get back to Orange Beach.

Great vacation.

Last minute trip and turned out great. Condo was exactly as described and very well stocked and clean. Sally was absolutely great to deal with and so nice would definitely book on of her properties again.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

The oceanfront view was outstanding! The indoor pool was great with the cool mornings. The owner was very helpful when we had a cable issue. We will definitely return. Thanks Sally for providing a Thanksgiving to remember!

Perfect Beach view

Sally has a wonderful condo on the beach with great beach views. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans, Osprey, and seagulls fly by every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the many dolphin pods swim by and play. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The grocery store was nearby as well as restaurants, a nature preserve, and pretty much anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again as we have no complaints.

Great condo in a great location. Easy beach access! Great place for families to stay! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The condo was clean and stocked with enough necessities to get us by until we could go shopping. We will stay here again!

Summer Vacation

The place was very nice! Having 2 pools was great for our kids and being so close to the beach was nice as they loved going back and forth. We loved the condo perfect for the 5 of us! Sally was an awesome host always in touch. We hope to be back!

Amazing and kid friendly

Great and easy experience. Loved all the kid friendly touches with plastic plates and cups, the high chair and pack n’ play. Very clean and so easy to check in. Sally was very helpful with any and all questions. When we go back to the beach we will definitely try to stay here again!

Spring beach

Wonderful condo with great view! Nice layout with all the amenities we wanted or needed. The owner Sally was a pleasure to work with in rental details as well as much useful info for local doings. Superb location as our interests centered on beach and nature walks from Dauphin to Ft Pickens. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation!

We stayed for 8 nights in August. Sally was a great host and communicated with us extremely well. The property is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and balcony were amazing. Shopping and Restaurants are conveniently located near the condo. One of our favorite restaurants is Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again. Excellent experience!!
