È follemente!
Tocchi finali sul rinnovamento completo. Vieni a dare un'occhiata a questo ritiro surf completamente aggiornato, in stile boho, che è ATTRAVERSO LA STRADA DALLA SPIAGGIA e solo un minuto a piedi da Wash Out, la spiaggia preferita dai surfisti.

Ecco alcune delle cose migliori della casa:
-Vista dalla parete frontale delle finestre dell'oceano
-Il tuo amico peloso può venire!
-Serena palude nella parte posteriore
-Schermato sotto il portico con vista e suoni dall'oceano dall'altra parte della strada.
-Espansivo ponte per rilassarsi al sole e una griglia per cucinare all'aperto
-Grande sala grande con cucina, zona pranzo, bar e camino per notti fresche
-La cucina è completamente attrezzata con 8 coperti, stoviglie, pentole e padelle, utensili e persino oggetti per i bambini. (piatti per bambini e seggiolone)
-Internet senza fili
-3 camere da letto e due bagni al piano di sotto
-Ampia camera matrimoniale con porte scorrevoli in vetro separate verso l'esterno, cabina armadio e bagno nuovissimo con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia.

Family Vacation

Place is a great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and the house was very comfortable and well stocked. Well stay here again.

We loved our stay! Everyone slept so well! It was a relaxing weekend with family for my birthday! Very clean and just as pretty as the pictures! Breakfast on the screen porch was priceless! We didn't want to leave!

Adorable home

We loved staying at the Folly Beach Tree House! It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the very short walk to the beach and the convenience to Charleston! We would definitely stay again!

A great getaway

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It's a very short walk to the beach, there is a tire swing and a tree swing outside and the kids loved that. Everything that you need for the kitchen is there. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

Lovely house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable, full of everything we needed to feel at home and walking distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart so were able to drive to the Center St. to shop and eat. We will be back!

Fantastic all around !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this tree house in Folly Beach! The host was so accommodating and was great with checking in before and during our trip to make sure everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Do not think twice about booking your stay here!

Perfect Folly stay!

Amazing and quite location. Everything was clean and just as described. Host had great communication and tips on different things like booking chairs etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Stunning and Well Appointed

This stay was WONDERFUL. I don’t have a single negative comment on this property. It was extremely clean and organized, smelled heavenly, was a great size for our group yet still cozy, and was beautifully designed and decorated. I would choose to stay here over and over given the quality, price, and location. The host was also exceptional with communication!

Our Happy Place

We love the BoHo retreat. The house is so bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped; the beds are excellent. The “treehouse” guest room and bath are perfect for visitors too. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Girls Getaway

Stayed for a getaway with 5 other girl friends. House was fantastic. Easy access to beach and every night we took a short Uber to downtown Charleston. Great house and location.

Loved every minute!

Can’t say enough about our time in Folly! House was wonderful, and in such a great location, super close to the beach, Charleston, etc. The hosts were so welcoming, very attentive and connected us with a local chef who’s meals took our vacation up a notch! Already planning our next visit!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at Tara’s beach house! We all enjoyed the swings and the quick & easy walk to the beach! And our daily walks into town! Definitely hope to be back!

Treehouse

The treehouse was a perfect retreat for our family! There was plenty of room for all us to be together and also have the space for some quiet time if needed. The boho theme was charming and the feeling of being in a treehouse put us all in a great frame of mind. Great vacation and great vacation home!

Great property

This was a great house! If you’re staying on Folly, I would definitely recommend. Close proximity, nice bike ride to shops or the lighthouse in the other direction. My two favorite things about this house was that it was very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay. The owners were also very nice and easy to work with.

Great stay & Will be back

Absolutely great property and location right across from the beach access for our two week stay at Folly. My two year son, wife, mom and dogs all stayed with more than enough space. The owners were fantastic in checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great spring break

We stayed here during my sons spring break from high school. The place is perfect. Clean, cute, well-stocked, and just extremely nice. The beds were amazing. Quite literally, every detail is attended to, and we would love to come back again. A great house.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved this beach house on Folly. Perfectly clean and comfortable and fit my family of 6 and small pups just right. Everyone had enough space to have some privacy but was also perfect to gather. The beach is a super short walk. The decor was a perfect match for us and we started calling it OUR beach house hahaha! We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The hosts did an excellent job!

We are a family that loves to play hard and work hard. When we play, we love to experience the water of the low country. We love to travel and hang out on the beach or surf. For working, we enjoy renovating properties and real estate. This is our 3rd renovation in the last few years and love bringing to life something that needs someone to see the best in it. We love meeting new people and hearing their stories. We look forward to getting to know you soon!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

When we bought this house, the previous owner had removed every piece of flooring, all the drywall, and electrical and plumbing. It was sad and needed a new breath of life. All looks aside, you could sit on the front porch and watch and hear the waves crashing. You can watch the marsh animals meander around their home in the back. It really is just perfect.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

What makes this house different is the feeling of being up in the trees, it truly feels like a tree house. The constant sounds of waves crashing will lure you to sleep. The marsh in the back is like having a aviary preserve in your back yard.
