We were a party of 5 adults traveling with pets. It was an amazing family getaway. We cooked, watched the opening weekend of college football, enjoyed the beach and slept like babies! The beach is literally steps from the house. The side yard was great for our dog. Plenty of parking for our big family. We will definitely book this property again!

Not your typical musty beach house! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and private sleeping arrangements. Short walk across the street to the most quiet part of Folly Beach. Nice outdoor shower post-beach for pup and people!

The house worked well for our family of eight plus our dog. The communication with our host, their hospitality and their response to requests was top-notch, second to none!Good location and easy access to the beach. We loved the screened-in dining area, the yard and the extra space under the house to store our beach gear, coolers and hose off after a day at the beach. The hosts even brought complimentary breakfast one morning since we rented for an entire week!We loved the Tree House on Folly Beach!

Cool vibe to the house, plenty of space for up to 3 couples, super close to the beach and ample parking. Bring your own firewood for the firepit and enjoy drinks under the stars while you grill up dinner. Pups were welcome b/c we all love traveling with our furry friends.

Adorable home

We loved staying at the Folly Beach Tree House! It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the very short walk to the beach and the convenience to Charleston! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Folly stay!

Lovely house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable, full of everything we needed to feel at home and walking distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart so were able to drive to the Center St. to shop and eat. We will be back!

A great getaway

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It's a very short walk to the beach, there is a tire swing and a tree swing outside and the kids loved that. Everything that you need for the kitchen is there. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

Can’t say enough about our time in Folly! House was wonderful, and in such a great location, super close to the beach, Charleston, etc. The hosts were so welcoming, very attentive and connected us with a local chef who’s meals took our vacation up a notch! Already planning our next visit!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at Tara’s beach house! We all enjoyed the swings and the quick & easy walk to the beach! And our daily walks into town! Definitely hope to be back!

Our Happy Place

We love the BoHo retreat. The house is so bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped; the beds are excellent. The “treehouse” guest room and bath are perfect for visitors too. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Fantastic all around !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this tree house in Folly Beach! The host was so accommodating and was great with checking in before and during our trip to make sure everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Do not think twice about booking your stay here!

Great spring break

We stayed here during my sons spring break from high school. The place is perfect. Clean, cute, well-stocked, and just extremely nice. The beds were amazing. Quite literally, every detail is attended to, and we would love to come back again. A great house.

Great stay & Will be back

Absolutely great property and location right across from the beach access for our two week stay at Folly. My two year son, wife, mom and dogs all stayed with more than enough space. The owners were fantastic in checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

For working, we enjoy renovating properties and real estate. This is our 3rd renovation in the last few years and love bringing to life something that needs someone to see the best in it. We love meeting new people and hearing their stories. We look forward to getting to know you soon!

Why they chose this property

When we bought this house, the previous owner had removed every piece of flooring, all the drywall, and electrical and plumbing. It was sad and needed a new breath of life. All looks aside, you could sit on the front porch and watch and hear the waves crashing. You can watch the marsh animals meander around their home in the back. It really is just perfect.

What makes this property unique

What makes this house different is the feeling of being up in the trees, it truly feels like a tree house. The constant sounds of waves crashing will lure you to sleep. The marsh in the back is like having a aviary preserve in your back yard.
