This spectacular single-family home sits on a beautiful, large & private, maturely-landscaped lot. The expansive front yard is well-appointed with the Lowcountry's famed majestic Grand Oaks, Folly Beach Sabal Palms, tree swings and hammocks.

This home was professionally and meticulously designed to include all modern amenities and upgrades while retaining the simple and quaint nature of a classic Folly Beach home.

A quick walk or bike ride to Folly's best dining, shopping and nightlife, and only steps to the Atlantic Ocean.

Public Beach Access (6th Block West) is directly across the street; quickest beach access on Folly!

***Please Note*** the upstairs flex space is not "technically" a "bedroom" because it does not have it's own private doors. It functions as a bedroom, and it is plenty spacious to sleep 2-3 guests, but I cannot call it a "bedroom" because it does not have privacy doors.

I moved to Charleston in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the coast and the Lowcountry. Since moving to Charleston, I've watched the city transform from "SC's best kept secret" to the world-renowned travel destination it is today.

I love boat days, shark tooth hunting, sleeping late, and camping with my pups. I enjoy hosting all friendly folks visiting Charleston; I especially enjoy hosting folks who are experiencing Charleston for the first time.

The listing states I don't allow pets; this is to deter folks who are traveling with a pack of Rottweilers from thinking my home is an option for them.

I love dogs; I have two (non-shedding) goldendoodles who live with me at the house half the year.

Please just ask me if you are looking to travel with your pup(s). I'll gladly allow up to 2 dogs with a combined weight of ~80 lbs of less that are house-broken, flea-treated and well-behaved.

All pets must be approved prior to booking. If thinking of bringing your pup(s) on your beach trip, please send me a message prior to submitting a booking request, and please include the breed, size and weight of your furry friends. I'll review and respond timely to any request regarding pups.
