This spot was incredible! It had everything we needed from space, to features (like the outdoor shower, and amazing deck), parking and tons to do for everyone. 10/10 stay everyday of the week!

This house had plenty of spacious rooms and bathrooms for a family vacation. Grandparents, siblings, and children all had a great time. Multiple porches and a large deck in the backyard were perfect gatherings spaces for family after a day at the beach.

Huge house, great vacay

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and all 3 (!) decks were awesome. The dunes beach was beautiful and it was great to have passes for there. We loved it!!

Perfect for extended family weekend

We were a group of 13 including 7 cousins (teenagers/young adults) and the house had so much room for all of us to gather together as well as for alone time if anyone needed it. We walked to the beach, just a bit over a mile, biked (several bikes and helmets were in the garage), bbq-ed.. it was just the perfect place to hang on a gloomy cold weekend.

Excellent spot for big family beach vacation

The house was perfect for our family. It was really spacious, clean and well equipped. It could comfortably fit 16 if you have kids and need that type of space. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Great spacious house for a friend reunion!

My friends and I stayed in the house for a reunion and had a great time. For a large group it was extremely spacious and accommodating, I think even better than the pictures portray it. Location was also perfect as we were 10 minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants in downtown. Was also very easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Even nicer than we thought!

This house was absolutely beautiful and so much bigger than it looked in the listing. We cooked and enjoyed our time mostly at the house, taking advantage of the large front yard to throw around a frisbee. 5 minutes from the beach, this property can’t be beat for a large group!

Family friendly gathering

Wonderful house! Way bigger than on listing. Best part was the outdoor space - gorgeous front lawn and a beautifully enclosed deck, also with multiple balconies to watch the sunset. Will come again

Lots of space!

This house has so much space- the listing does not do it justice. We were attending a festival in Westerly and did not spend too much time at the house but - if we did- there would have been plenty of space to gather, cook, and enjoy!

Amazing Vaca Home

Joyce was an amazing host! Always available, accommodating, making sure the house had what we needed, met us on day one to show us around. House was bigger than we thought. Two living areas (kitchen/seating/TVs) and 3 refrigerators. Plenty of room for all. We made some wonderful family memories here, much thanks to Joyce.

Westerly-Beach

The house was massive, very clean. Slept 14, easily can accommodate a few more guests. Plenty of seating, 2 kitchens, 3 fridges, 2 sets of washer/dryers, boogies boards, bicycles, beach chairs all available for use by house renters. No bed linens required or bath/beach towels needed. Everything is provided. The manager, Joyce was a pleasure to talk to and was on spot if anything was needed. Wonderful family memories were made!

Great place for big families or group of friends!

We are a large family (13 adults and 1 child) staying to attend a wedding in RI. This place was wonderful! SOOO much room, and so much flexibility from the house manager! Joyce was very prompt in answering questions, and worked with us to make the coming and going of each family unit (and all our cars!) very convenient and easy. We did cook at the house some, and there were plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silver for all of us! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great, outdoors decks were huge, walk to beach was quite close. We just wish we had more time to spend in the area, as the wedding events used up much of our time. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Great House

Joyce was amazing. House was so beautiful, so big, so clean. We had a group of 12 men and didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. More space than one group could imagine. Would recommend 10 out of 10. One minor, very minor thing- when we cooked/grilled we had no spices, which was a surprise. Just salt if I remember.

Great house and landlord

We had a short stay and Joyce was so easy to work with. She was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in a little bit early and check out a little bit late so that we could enjoy our short stay. The house was fantastic with multiple levels And two master bedroom suites with bathrooms on different levels. And a great bunk bedroom. The kitchen on the main level was fully stocked, and there was even a partial kitchen on the floor upstairs which we did not need to use. And a great deck on the front of the house for watching Sunset and a deck on the back of the house to eat outside for dinner. And it came with 2 passes for Dunes Beach, which was a great beach , about a mile from the house. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location

The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, from boogie boards to bicycles. If you are going there, be aware that renters are asked to clear out ALL foodstuffs, so you need to bring spices, f if you use them.

Great house. Great location, easy beach access, ample space and spacious deck wi 2 tables.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this well equipped and spacious house. Beach is close and with 2 beach passes we all could go to the beach together. Great outside deck for dining. Owner very accessible and responsive.
