We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect place for our family vacation, with plenty of space and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials.The waterfront views were absolutely gorgeous, and the location made it easy to enjoy all the fun and activities the area has to offer. We made wonderful family memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.We would absolutely love to visit again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway!

Beautiful, large home that was perfect for our families’ get together. Great access to the private beach. Very comfy beds. The kids loved the bunk room. Excellent location with many good restaurants & bars nearby. Manager response to my questions was answered quickly.

Very good clear house instructions and Host was quick to answer questions. We had a great week. One improvement would be to have subtle lighting on steps inside unit. The overhead lights were too bright when people were still sleeping and the stairway is dark and scetchy to navigate especially at the top where they’re angled. Just a thought….Thanks for sharing your beach house!

The major fault we found with this booking is the 9:00 am checkout. Most rentals have an 11:00 am check-out. Basic kitchen necessities should be provided ie, sponge, salt and pepper etc. The house was beautiful and clean. Well worth it! Excellent location!

This was our first trip with our almost 4 month old and this home was everything we had hoped it would be & more! Very clean, spacious rooms, and the view from each balconies and the pool were priceless. Chris was welcoming & very responsive. This location felt safe and was easy access to everything.

Great for a family - SO MUCH SPACE. Conveniently even had some gates for the stairs which is always a safety concern with young kids. Views couldn't have been any prettier. Walked right out to the beach with our 4 chairs ready for us each day. Contacted the host a couple times for the pool heater and he was super responsive and we got to enjoy the heated pool many times. Would definitely stay again! 10/10

The property is beautifully decorated, but the set up for bedrooms was difficult for anyone with children. The bunk room is on the street side (VERY LOUD TRAFFIC) and is right next to the door. The icemaker is also on the lower floor with the bunk room; it drops ice and is very loud all night long. The other room on the bottom floor with the bunk room has the access door to the beach; anyone coming and going to the beach has to go through that bedroom. The splash pool is about 2 steps out the door; everyone (toddlers included) has to maneuver around the pool to get to the gate to pier. Three of the bedrooms are on the street side. The property is three floors, steep stairs, no elevator. The kitchen and living area are on the second floor. The property is located very near the area where beachgoers from across the street enter to beach area - they crowd the beach around and in front of the property. We had to ask people to move from in front of our chairs. The property is beautiful, the patio furniture is very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. It just seemed like a lot of money to be in such a crowded and busy area. There was constant noise from kids on golf carts, cars with loud pipes, and loud music playing in vehicles. We have stayed in Miramar on other vacations and did not have this kind of crowd and noise in the neighborhood where we stayed.

GREAT LOCATION.

We had a great time. The house was in a perfect location being right on the beach. Checkin was easy and the house was in great shape. Loved being walking distance from some restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back again.

This property was exactly everything it said it was ! We absolutely loved waking up directly on the ocean where our chairs and umbrellas were readily available for us daily ! The breathtaking views , spacious rooms and Chris was quick to respond and check in was quick and easy ! We definitely will look at booking again !

Fantastic place on the beach!!

Place is beautiful and water was clear as can be. Some stairs to get to the beach and rooms for elderly or small kids but 80 year old mom did fine! Great place to relax at!

Beautiful place!

This is a beautiful property and the photos are accurate. The location is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants and the property sits directly on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing stay at Scenic Gulf shores

The property was excellent. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony; watching and listening yo the waves of the ocean. My grands truly enjoyed the pool on the 1st floor. I would recommend any family of 10 or 12 guests to stay here.
