Great place, great location. We had good time. One thing they can improve on is on their starter kit including bath accessories, kitchen accessories, even dish washing liquid, etc. especially if folks are staying for 3-4 days. Our starter kit was done in a day, and they should include more quantities in there.

This property is simply outstanding! Everything was very clean and classy. The pool is heated and very comfortable. The beach is a very short walk from the front door. They even have a golf cart available for rent. You can't go wrong with this property.

Working with Cathrine of Warran Beach Rental was great. This house (Song by the Sea) was FANTASTIC! Only steps from the beautiful private beach - grocery store across the street and restaurants within 5 mins. Plenty of towels, TVs and a private pool was great for our toddlers. We also used the grill a couple of times that served us well. No traffic, but first week of September probably helps with that. Unit was very clean, roomy and private. There were 5 adults and two toddlers in our family gathering. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it too.

Everything was wonderful with this beautiful rental home! From check in to check out. The house has really nice appliances, soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels , just lots of little things that was so nice to have there at the house. The pool was such an added plus. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach and back at anytime! Took a wagon, but we were so close, we didn’t use it! Having the golf cart made it extra fun and easy to drive across the street to grab some groceries or out to eat (We love shopping at Alvin’s)

4th Annual Couples Trip

The host was very accommodating and gracious as we had all traveled in bad weather. Once we got there, we were allied to enter the property early due to the weather. The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We were literally steps away from the beach. I reached out to the owner and he would get right back with me. Very well-kept, perfect location and perfect size pool

This is the 3rd house we have stayed at in this neighborhood and one of our favorites. We come with all adults and the house is very comfortable. Some beds were more comfortable than others and there was an issue with the internet service, but other than that-- our stay was perfect. The pool is a good size (especially for the neighborhood) and also has spa jets, if we stay again--might opt to upgrade to heat the pool. Shipwatch is a GREAT place to stay and this house checks all the boxes.

Perfect Beach Access

The property was amazing! Let me start off with saying the access to the beach was so convenient. We were easily able to carry our chairs, umbrellas, and ice chest. Bonus, it’s a private beach too! The house was laid out perfect. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The bedroom with the double bunk beds was nice and accommodated the kids with no problem. Christy with Warren Beach Rental was nice and professional and answered all our questions quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice beach trip.

Great experience!

Had an issue with our 1st property and Warren Beach Rentals was on top of it and worked their magic getting my family into this beautiful property. The property is GREAT and spacious.. and about 100 yards from the beach! Golf Cart was an awesome bonus as well. Impressed. Hard to beat this home.

Absolute stunner of a home, step right outside and hit the private dune walkover to the beach. We certainly enjoyed the privacy overlooking the lake from the pool, so not matter if we were at the beach, or grilling out poolside, we always had a great view of the sunsets. Great layout, everyone had ample space to enjoy their private time, and plenty of room to gather and never feel cramped. The house was exceptionally well furnished, and the golf cart was a great add on. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, golf, even church was less than a mile away. You could not ask for a better, more convenient location, yet, private and never crowded. Great Home, and the Warren Beach Rentals staff, especially Christy, was just awesome to work with, we give them the highest marks and will make this our Destin "home" for our next stay.

The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the living spaces to the comfortable beds. We found the rental to be impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Amenities: One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool that added an extra element of luxury to our beach getaway. Additionally, the rental was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for and we had the most enjoyable stay from start to finish. Customer Service: Our experience with the rental manager was exceptional from beginning to end. Friendly, accommodating, and always available to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. As Advertised!

Impeccably clean. Plenty of room for a big extended family or two full families. Walking distance to multiple places to eat, shop, and oh….beautiful uncrowded beach! Our second stay in this complex and the Song by the Sea didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.
