Aux Dunes in Port Blanc large and very quiet villa

This spacious villa, featuring 5 bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two half-bathrooms, is located on the edge of a buildable zone, set back from the street and not overlooked by neighbors, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. It is situated 400 meters from the stunning Dunes Beach. A beautiful south-facing terrace with an outdoor gas grill, a ping-pong table, and two bicycles ensures there’s something for everyone to enjoy. In addition to the large living room on the first floor, a small TV lounge upstairs allows guests to enjoy some privacy if they wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including, of course, a dishwasher and a second refrigerator with a freezer. A washing machine and dryer round out the amenities.
