Family Vacation

We rented this house for our yearly family vacation. Having been spoiled in the past having a private pool, this was a draw for us. There were 8 of us total, 5 adults and 3 teenagers (17, 14, 14). We found the property to be to like the listing said. From past experience on the negative side, that has not always been the case, so we were happy from the start. The teens really enjoyed the ping pong table that was an added bonus and the teens and adults both enjoyed the salt water pool. Also the lights in the tree over the outside back table are a nice touch. The location was great and it was a quiet neighborhood which was appreciated while on vacation to relax. There was a beach access a short walk away but we preferred to drive to the one where we could park our vehicle. The beach accessories the owner provided were a life saver and saved us packing and taking our own! Also what was a great perk we’re the “starters” of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags that were provided until we could grocery shop! There was also a key lime pie ( my favorite) and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We don’t drink, but the thought was nice just the same. If I have to say anything negative about the house, and it’s not negative, just be careful on the stairs. The angle of a couple of them got a few of us tripped up sometimes but we never fell. And the shower in the master bath upstairs can be tricky to figure out, but there is a diagram that shows you how to turn it to the right temperature. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!! And Tammy was wonderful to work with!!

Perfect

This house was just perfect in every way for me and my family. From the front porch bed swing to the large pool to the top deck, there were many places to relax. Also there was a key lime pie and bottle of wine waiting on us upon arrival. The ping pong table was also used a lot by my boys (17 & 21). The kitchen had everything we needed and the two separate living rooms were nice when we needed space. Short walk to public beach access. Cart, chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. Beach was quite crowded but we did visit during July 4th holiday. I suggest getting to beach at or before 7am to get a good spot, you can set up and return later. Tammy was the ideal host and made herself readily available for all of our questions. I loved this house and felt right at home from the beginning.

Perfect Vacation

This home is perfectly located just a couple minute walk to the beach access. The house is on a quiet street and is very private. The house was clean and cozy. The pool was so nice to have as well and the kids really enjoyed when they needed a break from the beach. The owner Tammy is very nice to work with and made our stay very comfortable.

Family vacation for 9 of us

All around great experience! First time visiting the 30a area wasn’t sure about the location of this home but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Short walk to the beach ice cream and Hawaiian ice at end of street near beach, great food options nearby and our two favorites would be Angelina’s and Brozinnis. Loved the house loved sitting upstairs in the lookout watching storms roll in. Would say the pool, ping pong and beach is what we spent most of our time doing. Went to Seaside a couple times for food and shopping. Owners very responsive. Its a beautiful home pictures don’t do it justice. Definitely would stay again.

Location location

We loved the private pool and secluded location of the home. The multiple suites in the home gave our two families room to stretch out and each enjoy our stay. The short walk to the beach was also a plus! Tammy was helpful throughout our stay! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything + More! Super Clean, Lovely Home & Pool

What a wonderful week! We love the Seaside area, and Tammy’s home was perfect for us! She was welcoming, kind and helpful. Her home is set up perfectly for our family of six - plenty of space - and generous added amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided beach equipment. Everything was VERY clean. This is the first vacation I can say that I would return to the same place in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tammy, for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed every minute!

Walking distance to beach and privacy

We enjoyed the fact that the house had a tucked away feel, the pool had privacy, and it was walking distance to the beach. There was everything you need to stay home and prep meals (there is a great seafood market just across the street from the neighborhood), yet there are plenty of local options for eating out. The owner, Tammy was very helpful and responsive.

Relaxing getaway

Perfect Family Vacay!!!!

Tammy is amazing. Her home is beautiful, very clean, tons of extras that made the stay even better. Our 5 kids had plenty of space to spread out. We especially LOVED the pool and eating area outside. The beach is a short walk away, although very crowded beach, we always had the pool waiting for us when we got tired of all the people. Haha! We cooked 4 of 7 meals at home for family of 7, no problem. Everything you need to make all meals is there. We used a bench to create more dining space inside. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Tammy as your host. Thank you!!!

Magical vacation

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach. Having our own pool gave us the chance to have quality family time when the beaches were crowded. The owner is an amazing person who really cares about your family having a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this home. It offers everything you could want when on vacation with family and/or friends. Thanks so much, Tammy for making this a memorable trip for our family!

Great house, really enjoyed the pool area.

Short walk to the beach, great having the pool there to relax in at night and a break from the beach. Plenty of room and well stocked. Really appreciated the washer and dryer! Only complaint (which is super minor) the kitchen trash can lid comes off very easily, could use a new trash can. Wonderful vacation, would highly recommend!

Wonderful oasis in the middle of busy 30A

Agreeing with other reviews, this truly feels like “home” with all the creature comforts and extras that are provided! The beds are comfortable, the pool is wonderful and the beautiful beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. We were all amazed how clean the house was and felt very comfortable from that perspective. Plenty of food options within walking distance, but the kitchen is also setup for cooking all meals. The eight of us (from 2-80) had enough room to spread out, but also areas to gather; all had a wonderful time. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Private cozy beach house walk to beach

Our family enjoyed our time. Had a few pesky ants but owner quickly responded and offered to send help. Everything you need is at your fingertips. We rented a golf cart and extra bikes which was super helpful. There are no TVs on second floor bedrooms but we didn’t mind. We left a few things accidentally and the owner offered to ship them to us. Very responsive and left us a great choc banana bread upon arrival! We wished it was a bit warmer to take advantage of the private pool, but we hung out back every night after the beach. Great stay in a location close to everything.

Tammy, the host, is wonderful, responds quickly to all questions/requests pre-check in as well as during the trip. She and her husband have created a true "home" here, not a cookie-cutter beach rental missing warmth and all the "stuff" you need to make for a great stay. Towels, games, beach accessories, books, a well stocked kitchen, speedy wi-fi, comfortable beds, there's really nothing they haven't thought of to make your stay easy and relaxed. Location-wise, it was perfect for our group, which contained 6 kids all wanting close proximity to Seaside and its amenities. Meanwhile, we parents needed some calm and tranquility, which we found on the close-by sand, only a 5 minute walk away, and the spacious property itself which has a great deck and pool out back. 30As traffic is getting worse by the year, and this location just a few blocks from it, feels a world away. After a week of bikes and beach, both kids and parents left happy campers!

Beautiful property in Seagrove Beach

Loved staying here, it was exactly as it looks on the website, no surprises - and the owner does a great job providing all the information you need. Everything is clearly signposted, and she responded swiftly to questions. You're right by all the facilities and delights of Seagrove, Seaside & Seacrest/Rosemary beaches, plus you can simply relax by the pool if you want quiet time. The perfect stay.

My husband and I stayed in this adorable apartment which felt more like a cottage. Accommodations were perfect for our needed! We did not plan on cooking or stocking a fridge - the mini refrigerator was perfect. The pool and lounge area was an added bonus as well as the outdoor table and chairs. Short 10 minute walk to beach. Tammy was such a gracious property manager. Will definitely return soon!!

Relaxing week!

Property was great! We Arrived early our first day and were able to park in front of the property and take the provided beach chairs down to the beach prior to check in. The room was awesome and the private pool truly was private. The owner stayed out of our way and kept everything socially distant (if that is a concern of yours). Our fridge did stop working the second day, but the owner had it replaced within a few hours and gave us a gift card and some wine to make up for the trouble. Property is close to the beach and bike shops. It will be hard to beat this property at the given price point. Definitely would stay here again.

Cozy Little Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little apartment. It was comfortable, put together nicely, and quiet. The manager thought about all the little things and was very responsive. The only thing we wish it had was a bigger fridge and kitchen area. Other than that it was great place!

Relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this property. The atmosphere created was so relaxing. We loved sitting on the patio of an evening under the twinkle lights. I had some concern about having a small fridge for an entire week but it was not any problem at all. We both slept so well while we were there. I would stay here again. Tammy is great and left us goodies for our stay. Thank you for sharing your property.
