This lovely home is located on a dead end street,directly off of Ocean Road, making it perfect for families and comes completely furnished with everything you need, just bring your bathing suit. A large deck with a new outdoor shower and gas grill makes outdoor fun a snap. This home is located in a perfect location between Narragansett's finest beaches, less than a mile to the Block Island Ferry, and walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of parking and its perfect location makes this vacation home a bargain for your family's vacation! We supply bed linens, towels, and offer A/C(seasonal),high speed wireless internet, Flat panel TV's. A great beach house in an awesome location. So clean and welcoming. We feel at home as soon as we walk in. We love staying here - definitely a favorite place to stay for vacation.

This was our second time staying at this lovely property and won’t be our last! Perfect location with easy access to everything you could want during a beach vacation. The house is well-stocked and maintained and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Location, Location,Location

Perfect location, a mile from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants and quiet dead end street! Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay with everything you need for your vacation. I’d highly recommend renting this home for you next beach vacation!

Point Judith Perfection!

My family stayed at this adorable oasis near the Point Judith light house for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Cleanliness, location, communication, and amenities were stellar! I’d love to come back and stay here again in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach and outdoor seating. We also fully enjoyed the wildlife and peaceful location!

Everything you need

The cottage is located in a great area. A short drive to some great places and you can walk to an area with restaurants. I stayed in early April and it was very quiet. I am sure in the summer it is even better.

Lovely beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was very clean and tidy. The house felt very homey and comfortable. It’s also close to all the state beaches which made our experience even better. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Lovely house, super host!

Great house, very cute,& comfortable. The host was wonderful , The house was very updated and well supplied from washer dryer , kitchen etc. . The Host was accommodating , answering any questions and making sure we were enjoying our time! Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

Bill’s communication is exemplary. He & his family have created a clean, comfortable, & well maintained vacation retreat. The location of the cottage is conveniently located to so much, yet its on a quiet, dead end street.

Great spot!

This was our family's first visit to Point Judith and we are looking forward to coming back! The property is clean and nicely located on a quiet street. Bill helped us with any questions about the area from local fish mongers to apple picking! We enjoyed the 3 season room at night for dinner and games.

Immaculate Cottage

The moment we opened the door, we could smell the cleanliness of this cottage. It was sparkling clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The neighborhood was very quiet. We have rented many vacation homes in the last 20 years and this is the only one I would give an A-plus. We would highly recommmend this cottage if you are planning on visiting Narragansett RI.

Summer vacation 2023

The house was clean upon arrival and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and I loved not having to bring my own linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The outdoor seating area was fantastic!! We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing week in Narragansett!

We really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett! This property was so lovely. It was so nicely set up and decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location too! The owners were wonderful to work with. They were so nice and accomodating and addressed any/all questions immediately. We would recommend this property to anyone intersted in a wonderful time in Narragansett. We hope to be back!

Perfect for a family beach vacation

We greatly enjoyed our time at this home, which upon our arrival was spotless! The house is perfectly located - very short walk or drive to everything you could want on vacation: beach, clams, and ice cream! Our kids loved the backyard and outdoor shower. The house was also nicely equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment; cleaning supplies; and plenty of fresh towels. The owner is an absolute joy to work with. Needless to say, we will be back!

Relaxing Area

Very nice neighborhood and the house is located on a dead end street, so no vehicle traffic. Great location - close to the light house, walk to Iggy's and Aunt Carries. The house is small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable but please note that the rooms are small. Everything was great; just note keypad on door often malfunctioned so you would need to us the pad lock to get the key; but really no big deal. Also, careful walking at night; we often encountered a skunk. Guess, we were in their turf. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house and in the Naragansett area! Thanks for hosting us.

Girls weekend getaway

The house was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was in a great location, conveniently close to everything we had planned. We loved the seasonal room to relax each morning and night. Perfect size for the three of us. Would highly recommend this house for vacation. Would stay here again!

Tidy, clean, beautiful decorated and in great location

We’ve been renting in Narragansett for the last 7 years and have stayed at many homes. This one was the most well kept. The host, Bill, thought of everything. The house was so well designed and every bit of space was optimized - from shelving in the kitchen for groceries to hooks well place to hang towels whether it be in the bedroom or the outdoor shower. It was the perfect size for myself, husband, 10 year old daughter and our small dog, Ginger. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and sitting on the beautiful and spacious sun porch. I can’t say enough at how lovely this home is and highly recommend it.

We are a family of four who love the ocean and everything it has to offer. Its either a day at the beach,lobsters and clam cakes at Aunt Carries or a short walk down Ocean road to the tip of Rhode Island and the Point Judith light house. When we are not at the beach we are playing Soccer and Basketball and enjoying the Rhode Island coastline.

We bought this property because it was located on a dead end street which was perfect for children. It has a very private back yard which you normally dont find at a beach home. There are two beaches in either direction from the home, and the Block Island Ferry is a two minute drive to get to. Ask my kids why this property, and they will tell you that they can walk to Aunt Carries and get clam cakes and chowder and home made ice cream.

This property is unique because of its perfect location, but still offering privacy and a safe street for kids and families. There are two beaches, great ocean front restaurants, the Block Island Ferry, the Point Judith lighthouse, and many other numerous fun Summer things to do.
