New bathroom, flooring, appliances, paint, mini split AC's! Enjoy cool ocean breezes on the enclosed front three season room or walk to the area's finest ocean front restaurants including the world famous Aunt Carries and Rhode Island favorite, "Iggy's"! This lovely home is located on a dead end street,directly off of Ocean Road, making it perfect for families and comes completely furnished with everything you need, just bring your bathing suit. A large deck with a new outdoor shower and gas grill makes outdoor fun a snap. This home is located in a perfect location between Narragansett's finest beaches, less than a mile to the Block Island Ferry, and walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of parking and its perfect location makes this vacation home a bargain for your family's vacation! We supply bed linens, towels, and offer A/C(seasonal),high speed wireless internet, Flat panel TV's. We loved our stay. The house was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. The sunroom space was perfect for bright breakfasts and extra space for the kids to play. The beds were very comfortable and the closet space in the bedroom was great for all our wedding clothes. Location was exactly what we needed- walking distance to breakfast and the Bon Vue, as well as the lighthouse and fisherman’s memorial.

Everything was just as listed.didnt lack or need anything we didn't even go to the beach because the deck was perfect to hang out on enjoying cocktails and the breeze..

We loved it! One of the nicest properties and neighborhoods we have ever stayed at. House was fully stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was located close to everything we wanted to visit. Bill was a pleasure to communicate with. He even let us know that the house was available several hours early for our arrival. If we get back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Bill!

Love this Beach House

A great beach house in an awesome location. So clean and welcoming. We feel at home as soon as we walk in. We love staying here - definitely a favorite place to stay for vacation.

Location, Location,Location

Perfect location, a mile from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants and quiet dead end street! Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay with everything you need for your vacation. I’d highly recommend renting this home for you next beach vacation!

Point Judith Perfection!

My family stayed at this adorable oasis near the Point Judith light house for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Cleanliness, location, communication, and amenities were stellar! I’d love to come back and stay here again in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach and outdoor seating. We also fully enjoyed the wildlife and peaceful location!

Everything you need

The cottage is located in a great area. A short drive to some great places and you can walk to an area with restaurants. I stayed in early April and it was very quiet. I am sure in the summer it is even better.

Lovely beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was very clean and tidy. The house felt very homey and comfortable. It’s also close to all the state beaches which made our experience even better. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Our host made check-in effortless. The welcome packet was comprehensive and super helpful. Exceptionally clean! Very comfortable throughout. Both queen beds were outstandingly comfortable. This beach cottage exudes chill vibes. Either relaxing outdoors on the deck reading or in the seasonal room doing a puzzle, you’re enveloped in the vacation spirit. The Wi-Fi is easy to access with the instructions list in the welcome packet. We greatly appreciated our host’s responsive and friendly manner. I highly recommend this beach cottage experience!

Girls weekend getaway

The house was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was in a great location, conveniently close to everything we had planned. We loved the seasonal room to relax each morning and night. Perfect size for the three of us. Wonderful Beach Cottage

Bill’s communication is exemplary. He & his family have created a clean, comfortable, & well maintained vacation retreat. The location of the cottage is conveniently located to so much, yet its on a quiet, dead end street.

So Great

Everything was perfect. Two minutes in the door and we said to eachother, “we’re coming back next year”. Owner was readily available, but didn’t need to contact him at all. It was very clean. Organized very thoughtfully, quiet block, 3 beaches within a 10 minute bike ride, point Judith a few minutes drive, great seafood, restaurants, and an excellent fish market.

We are a family of four who love the ocean and everything it has to offer. Its either a day at the beach,lobsters and clam cakes at Aunt Carries or a short walk down Ocean road to the tip of Rhode Island and the Point Judith light house. When we are not at the beach we are playing Soccer and Basketball and enjoying the Rhode Island coastline.

We bought this property because it was located on a dead end street which was perfect for children. It has a very private back yard which you normally dont find at a beach home. There are two beaches in either direction from the home, and the Block Island Ferry is a two minute drive to get to. Ask my kids why this property, and they will tell you that they can walk to Aunt Carries and get clam cakes and chowder and home made ice cream.

This property is unique because of its perfect location, but still offering privacy and a safe street for kids and families. There are two beaches, great ocean front restaurants, the Block Island Ferry, the Point Judith lighthouse, and many other numerous fun Summer things to do.
