This is the perfect place to relax while you enjoy all the fun and sun that the Florida Panhandle has to offer.
The vacation home is adorned with muted neutrals, accented by shades of blue and teal that are inspired by the unparalleled beauty of the Emerald Coast. An open floor concept connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, which lead directly onto the balcony. Spacious seating in the living room invites you to enjoy a movie with your loved ones or catch up on your favorite shows. A dining room table seats four, and if you need seating for additional guests, a breakfast bar connected to the kitchen seats three more. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is ready to meet all of your culinary needs. Whip up a quick snack or prepare your family’s favorite meal as you gaze out over the Gulf.
When it’s time to rest up for the next day’s adventure, head to one of the two bedrooms and plop down on the comfy beds. The master suite has a king bed and direct access to the balcony, so you can start your days basking in the warmth of the ocean air. An en suite bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and window to the side of the bed –start the day being greeted by the first rays of the sun. A full bathroom is accessible through the guest bedroom or from the hallway. Both bedrooms include a flatscreen TV if you need to wind down before dozing off. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen sleeper.
