This is the second time we stayed at this specific property in the same condo. We love the view and how this specific condo works perfectly for our family of littles! We worked with Devin during our stay as the property manager and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and took care of all of our needs! We will definitely be back!

2 Year Anniversary Trip

We had an amazing time. The view eas breath taking. We previously stayed at this resort for our family reunion trip to Destin in 2024 and loved it so much that we decided stay again this time for our anniversary. The area is great! It's close to all the attractions and good eats. We highly recommend checking out The Outcast Restaurants. They're all close by and we throughly enjoyed their seafood restaurant as well as their bar and grill. We will definitely stay again. Actually, when you pick a RealJoy vacation home, you've picked a winner.

We loved Ariel Dunes I! The place was nice and clean plenty of space for my family and I to relax. The view from the balcony was amazing, we spend a lot of time sitting out there. If you like the pool life you will definitely love it here, they are huge. I love how close Ariel Dunes is from the beach. Will definitely go back.

Great property and location. Short walk to the beach. No long waits for elevators. View was great. Kitchen was perfect. Beds firm. Had a problem with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it within a few hours. This turned out perfect for my family. Would stay again.

It was a nice place and I’ll probably stay again but it was very dirty in there. Sheets needed to be washed and kitchen utensils were not washed

Short stay at the beach

Had no trouble renting the condo and the location and pools were great. Only problem we had was carpet on bedroom floors was stained and we can't stand carpet at the beach. Also the front door looked like it had been broken into once before. Just small observations and we didn't let it ruin our trip. Overall it was very good.

Easy beach trip!

This place was perfect for our family five with kids ages 13, 10 and 7. The walk to the beach is very easy! Gorgeous view though not for anyone afraid of heights! Great location to grocery store and any immediate needs. Check in was very easy and unit was lovely. Both bedrooms are large and the bathrooms as well. Plenty of room! Our two youngest shared the pullout couch easily. Nice big balcony with two entrances. The last day we opted to rent the beach chairs and umbrella through the beach service rather than lugging our own and it was worth every penny!

Escape Reality Retreat

This property was amazing! My husband and I had a peaceful positive experience here and everything was as described. The view breathtaking. I actually slept better on the master king size bed than on my own bed at home which is an outrageously over rated & over priced Tempurpedic. Everything was beautiful. The bedroom carpet is a little worn and could use replacement but we have no complaints only a couple of suggestions/warnings. 1. We were confused about which of the 2 Ariel Dunes building our reservation was in. I didn't realize that there were 2 buildings until we got there and I don't remember any reference made of the 2 builds. So FYI, there is a Ariel Dunes 1 and a Ariel Dunes 2. 2. A code is provided for keyless entry, after the code is entered you must turn the lock immediately to complete the unlocking of the door then turn the door knob to enter. To lock the door when leaving, enter code, turn the lock and then turn the door knob to ensure it is locked. 3. Instructions for the washing machine would be helpful. You would think between 2 moderately intelligent experienced people could figure it out but it was not an intuitive experience. The dryer is a no brainer. 3. This is a warning & suggestion, watch out for the footboard of the master bed. It is a beautiful bed but the footboard is hidden by the bedspread and my husband and I hit our legs and stubbed our toes on the corners until I pulled the bedspread to the side and placed a colorful beach towel over the sharp corners. We had a wonderful 5 nights 4 days here and will highly recommend Ariel Dunes 2008!

Lovely stay!

The property was spotless, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the views are amazing throughout - we didn't want to leave! Location is amazing, on-site restaurant was delish. Nearby grocery, onsite pools and beach access were extremely convenient. Highly recommend the royal palm margarita + sunset at the Beach Bar across the street.

Nice condo. Right across from the beach with good sidewalks for walking. Super clean, great rooms. Beautiful view!
