Desirable North-End Gem on Canal with Dock, Heated Pool. Clean and Spacious.

Welcome to paradise! Pelican Perch is a spacious, three-bedroom, two-bath house, located on a canal and a quiet cul-de-sac at the desirable "North of Pine" end of Anna Maria Island. At Pelican Perch, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a den with a sofa bed, 2 full baths, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The house has a very open floor plan and numerous seating and dining areas. The dining room has double doors that open onto a porch with a seating area that overlooks the private, heated pool and canal. There is a master suite with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a private bonus room with a queen pullout couch. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including free wifi and five televisions.

Out back, enjoy the large private lanai with a lovely heated pool, an outdoor dining area, a ceiling fan, lounge chairs, a gas grill and a charcoal grill (guests are responsible for charcoal and propane), and a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The private dock also has a floating dock attached to secure your boat for tide changes, as well as counter for preparing fish (refer to daily tide chart for high/low tides to clear bridges). It is a perfect place to launch your kayak, sip your morning coffee, and maybe see a manatee! For your beach enjoyment, there are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a pushcart.

This clean and comfortable house is centrally located and you do not need a car! The house is a short stroll, bike, boat or golf-cart ride to the Gulf of Mexico's powder-sand beaches, Bayfront Park Beach and two fishing piers - City Pier and Rod & Reel Pier. Rent bikes, kayaks, and golf carts (rental companies deliver for free) or hop on the free trolley or Monkey Bus ($5) and explore the 7-mile-long island.

Evenings are especially beautiful with the soft sound of the birds settling for the night and breathtaking sunsets. You’ll never want to leave!

Perfect beach vacation

The house was perfect for us. We arrived very late but keys were waiting for us. We loved the pool and riding bikes to Bean Point and Pine Ave. great communication with the owner. We’ll stay there again but next time we’ll get paddle boards to explore the canal.

My family and I have rented multiple verbose on Anna Maria Island, Florida over the years. This year we decided to step up our game with Nana and Papa along for the trip. This house was absolutely wonderful all the way around it had a little bit of the old Florida feel but with all the amenities, you would need The pool was covered with a screened in lanai. That was a wonderful bonus. Swim all night with no bugs. The dock made papa and I extremely happy. Being able to fish off the dock and taking our rented 24 foot pontoon boat, exploring the islands with the family. And of course, fishing at our own leisure during the right tides location on the canal was premium for getting out to the gulf! No need for directions to Beene point it is a one road straight shot to some of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. We like to park our car when we get there and ride the entire time and I rented golf cart, it makes you really feel like you’re on vacation and parking is a breezeMy family and I will be booking again next year we want to thank you so much for your hospitality.The law family.

Wonderful vacation in paradise!

This was an excellent stay for 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone and ample accommodations. The property is a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the private screened pool is cool and relaxing after a day at the beach. Property was just as described.

Quiet location

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a quiet location, yet just a short walk to the ocean and several great restaurants—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room was super convenient, especially for a longer stay. The beds were also very comfortable, making it easy to unwind at the end of the day.

Great family home! Super comfortable.

I would highly recommend staying at this home on Anna Maria. We had a slight hiccup during the check in process and property managers, but the owners responded quickly and took care of everything. The house was spotless and considering there were 2 major hurricanes just 10 weeks ago, the property was in excellent shape. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep dinners. We did not use pool but was ready for use. I particularly liked the back porch for morning coffee, looking out to the canal. If the property management issue had not happened it would have been a perfect stay. The walkability to Pine Street and restaurants as well as the beaches was a plus. I rated it a 5 because the owners responded and took care of us immediately and all the other advantages to this property. This is a great value for Anna Maria. It may not be the most modern property but it certainly met all of our needs.

Perfect place to stay and unwind. Family of 5 enjoyed our 9 day stay. Loved the pool and the outside areas. Kitchen had all the tools and utensils that we needed. Did use the grill which worked great. Overall very pleased with setup and location. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property-great owners!

We arrived the evening before Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby, unfortunately. The roads around us completely flooded and we were stuck inside for 2 days. But that's not so bad considering what it could have been. The house is very nice, pool is great. Location is great - 3 blocks to nice beach on bay side. We rented golf carts which helped with getting to the beaches. Had a couple small issues (dining room light not working, no remote for the TV) but the owners were extremely responsive!!! Had the light fixed the next day and a new remote ordered and delivered in just a day or 2. The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 adult sons. We really enjoyed our time here. The responsiveness of the owners cannot be overstated - really appreciated that! I think my main complaint would be the lighting in the house - especially the master bath. Maybe consider adding some lighting but other than that, it was great.

This house was pretty. It is a little bit older house. The room down stairs ( we called it the pool room) was super hot. We didn’t spend any time in there. However the rest of the house was exactly what we expected. Very clean, a ton of towels, all appliances worked, and had a lot of board games to play. The outside pool area was nice and we loved

Fantastic House!

This is the second time we have stayed here! They have made some wonderful upgrades to the house. We love the outdoor shower and the screened in pool! There is plenty of room for our family of 7 to play games and eat together in the evening! We especially enjoyed the charcoal grill. The house is in a fantastic location - easily accessible to everything AMI has to offer by bikes or walking. We look forward to staying here again!

Great spot!

This was our 2nd time in Anna Maria, and this house was great. There were 7 of us, and the house was plenty comfortable. My whole family loved swimming in the pool, fishing and kayaking off the dock, and the short distance to town and beaches. Literally a 4 minute walk to sunrise and 10 minute walk to sunset. Communication with owners and property management company was easy, timely, and thorough. Definitely would recommend for a great family vacation.

Outstanding experience

We had an outstanding experience at Debbie's place. It was spacious and we used the pool and dock quite a bit. The house is a full walk from Pine, and a little further to the beach, so we rented a golf cart for both weeks (at about $400/week). Even though check-in requires picking up actual keys at a property management co, the process was efficient. Debbie was an outstanding host, very responsive, and even left us with a couple fully rigged fishing rods at our request! We highly recommend this property.

Convenient, quiet location

This home was very conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac. We really enjoyed the upper deck seating area and private pool. There are many interesting pieces of artwork and curio in the house that adds a warm feeling to the space. As just a couple staying here, we had more than enough room but also see how this rental could be great for a larger group. Some updates to the appliances and decor would only enhance the appeal of this property. The owner is friendly and interested in your experience being a good one. Check-in and check-out through the property management company was problem free. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and the location of this home could not have been better. We were able to walk to both piers, the beach areas and the restaurants and shops very easily.

Amazing Vacation Property

This is our second year renting this property. We love it! Great space, nice outdoor area with upper deck, pool and of course the dock backing on one of the canals. Our favourite spot to sip our morning coffee while watching the fish jump by. We highly recommend it!!!

A 4 day get away!

We had a great time in Anna Maria Island. Home location is really convenient to shops and restaurants. We brought a boat and golf cart and had a great time.

It is our hope that our guests have a relaxing, joyful vacation and take-in everything our unique little island has to offer.

Why they chose this property

NOPA (North of Pine) is the most desirable area of the island. This is a very peaceful, less crowded part of Anna Maria Island.

What makes this property unique

The house is on a canal with a dock that also has a floating dock to secure boats and kayaks. It is a great place to watch birds, fish and manatees.
