Fully furnished 3br/2ba Lely Villa on the second fairway of the Flamingo Golf Course. Beautiful lanai with flat screen TV and counter height fire table which seats 6. Home sleeps up to six people; master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with 2 sink vanity, tub and shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom with shower/tub. NEWLY RENOVATED spacious kitchen is well equipped for your cooking pleasure and has counter seating as well as a separate dining table and chairs. The great room has a large flat screen TV with YouTube TV (600 Mbps wi-fi access). Numerous recreational opportunities are available. Ride bikes on the miles of double wide walkways throughout Lely (bikes included), golf on either of the public golf courses (Flamingo and Mustang), swim at the Falcons Glen Community pool, a short walk away OR swim laps at the new facility in Eagle Lakes Community Park just 1.5 miles away OR visit the beaches on Marco Island or in Naples both just 20 minutes away. We needed a place for our family to enjoy time together for Christmas. This worked out perfectly. It was in a nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It was nice that they had bikes and other toys that we could use. The only down fall was the golf course maintence that came by earlier, as we like to sleep in

Fishing holiday

We stayed in Tom's house for our 2 weeks holiday. My boat is not far away from there so in the daytime we were on the water and in the evening and night we were at home. Our stay was very pleasant. Everything we needed was available. The bedrooms are nice and for the evening there was a nice sitting room with a big tv. You can sit outside having a drink while watching the golfers on the green. There is a pool on the park but because we were away all day we didn't visit it. The communication with Tom was perfect. You can always reach him. We had a nice stay!

We have been traveling every year to Florida from Europe over the past 30 years, of which the last 7 years we focused on Naples. This Christmas vacation we were 2 adults/parents with 3 adult children.This house is an amazingly well-maintained house in the Lely area. Contact with the owner was perfect and all responses were quick. Clean and nice Reasonable pricing (year 2024) Good house floor planning Good safe area, close to stores and a few restaurants- No pool at the house; advantage is that the rent price is lower and there is anyway a community pool a 5-minute walk awayA few minor improvements noted:- Only 4 chairs at the dining table and outdoor seating- BBQ not workingDepending on your plans, please note that the Lely area is quite far away from downtown Naples and northern Naples

Comfortable for a large family

If you and your group are looking for somewhere to stay in Naples, your search ends here. Book this place immediately! This place will make you feel at home. Very welcoming, very clean, and very comfortable. The whole house is well-stocked - pots and pans, extra towels, beach chairs, and toys, bikes and helmets. All 7 of us enjoyed our stay. It was nice for my husband and I to have everything in the house functioning reliably so that we focus on our kids and family. We loved having the short, very on-point check-in and checkout to-do lists. Communication was seamless from pre-booking to checkout; Tom reaches out to see if he can help with anything and is always ready to answer questions. We had a bit of hiccup at the start, trying to get in, but it was resolved. We also had an unfortunate family event while we were in-town, and Tom quickly offered his help. Our family is so grateful for his kindness. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Property

Rented for 2 weeks after renting at another property and Falcons Glen was so clean and decorated so nice and location was great and the house was well stocked. Also cant say enough about the property owner and how helpful and accomodating he was. Great stay.
