Also close to downtown Morehead for local shopping, restaurants and museums and Morehead State University (15 min).

Property was very nice. A little difficult to find as the directions from Google are a bit misleading. But once there the little cabin is very clean and quiet with lots of amenities. Very easy access to the lakes and surrounding area.

The cabin by the lake was absolutely amazing! From the smell of wood when you enter the door to the cleanliness and attractiveness, it couldn't have been better! Short drive to Stony Cove was the best! The cabin had everything you need for the stay, cleaning supplies, utensils, firewood! It's so quiet and private at the Cabin by the Lake! Keep up the good work!

This cabin was like home, very clean, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a few days rest and relaxation. Host was very nice. Definitely love to go back ! Highly recommend this place.

This cabin is perfect super private! yet 4 mins from the lake and minutes from stores restaurants and gas station! CLEAN ! Price is affordable for such a roomy cabin !Super well stocked...there is alot of "Pay it forward" going on with this cabin. So my girlfriend and I left wood, softdrinks and some other usable items. Not all places leave these things for future guests to use,I think most of them throw everything out that is left. So there are condiments, salt pepper some freezer foods ect. Chances are if you forget something it may be there!Overall ....We loved it !Dora & Christopher

Thank you for a nice overall stay. The place wasn’t very clean but they brought me a vacuum and swifter and I cleaned myself, that was nice of them. Appliances are REALLY outdated and not well maintained. But if you don’t mind those things, you will have a great stay :) it’s really a 2/2 but plenty of space. VERY reasonable price for the stay. Also no phone service unless you connected to WiFi. Thanks again

Needed a place to stay before the Sheltowee Trace Hiker Challenge and my son-in-law stayed both nights while we camped out. He had the grandbaby. The cabin is near Stoney Cove, so it's very convenient.

Everything was nice except there was no hot water in the downstairs shower . Everyone used the upstairs shower . All in all everything was good . Plus there is no lake view . Well worth the price though .
