Could not be closer to the beach, right next to state park as well, restaurants and shopping within 2-3 miles so great for those who walk, low crime area. Everything you need in a nice studio overlooking pool and state park.

Very convenient location! Only 5 minute walk to beautiful State Park ocean beach. In safe gated, condo community. Clean condo with everything you need - including beach chairs! Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location, well supplied, balcony was wonderful. Murphy bed was easy to use. Convenient shared laundry room and storage room located on same floor as unit. Tommy Bahama beach chairs with carrying straps were perfect for beach visits. Pool and first floor hurricane reconstruction during our stay.

Very short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beach plus a good pool on property. Nice area for daily walks along Gulf Shore Dr or shady trail in Conner Park. Lanai with sunset view. Studio condo was modern, very clean, nicely appointed - Murphy bed was easy to handle with a comfortable queen mattress. Beach chairs, umbrellas & towels a nice touch. No issues, but owners were very available if needed.

Very Pleased

Overall we were very pleased with our rental. Most of the time we were alone, and it was just right for the two of us. The hosts were gracious and helpful and gave us our space. We were within several walking minutes to the beach. We were a little apprehensive about booking a vacation rental that we had not seen, however we were more than pleased with it when we saw it. It is also a safe and very friendly area, and we would certainly choose to stay here again.
