Clean and comfy! Downstairs gets really cold, old house probs. Some outlets weren’t working. Be prepared for the narrow driveway. All that said, still a great place!

Amazing place for large group

We have 9 in our group, we all had a bed, 3 showers, it was perfect. Close enough to drive to everything.

Great stay

The house was very nice and spacious - enough room for the 3 families (11 people) to all have our own space. The beds were a little stiff and the 3rd floor got a little stuffy with the window ACs, but overall still a great trip and house! For general awareness - The driveway is very narrow, so it was like a puzzle to get in and out of with a big van, but we made it just fine, there's also the option to park on the street.

Excellent property for escaping away at the end of the day from the exhibition and conference. It provided a perfect location to host the others for dinner and casual conversation without conference interruptions.

Great experience

Fantastic place to stay in Cincinnati, especially for those looking to be close to downtown. The house slept 11 of us comfortably and we had everything we needed. As others have said, the driveway is a bit tight, but that's to be expected in the area. The host was communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for my family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Xavier. Marshall is quick to respond and communications are clear. I recommend this house and this owner. One word of caution, the driveway is narrow and steep. But street parking is close and available.

Great location

Came with family and friends for Eagles game. The location couldn’t have been better. It was literally 8 minutes from everything we did. Place was nice, comfortable and clean. The only concern is getting in and out of the driveway. If you have a small car it’s no problem. We had a suburban and it was very tight getting in and out. It was doable but had to be extremely careful.

Great house for our family group of 9

House's 5 bedrooms and roomy first floor was great for our group of 9 that included our 4 adult children & their significant others plus our son's 5-month old grandson who all joined me and my husband for a wedding in Cincinnati. Very clean and all worked well. The location allowed us to walk to beautiful historic Findlay Market (not quite 1 mile away) and was a short drive to wedding venue downtown. Enough parking for our 3 cars but the driveway is very narrow & steep which made parking a bit of a challenge. Host was very responsive!

We came here for our son’s wedding weekend. We had plenty of room for our family (12 of us) to be together on the main floor and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen dining area was a place to eat our meals and play board games together. The driveway was good to park our five vehicles (very narrow drive). It is an old 3 story home with lots of stairs. The description and reviews let us know what to expect and it worked out great for us. We mostly entered through the rear of the home because of parking in the driveway. The only issue with that is all of the trash bins you have to walk by and most did not have lids and were very full. Temperatures in the house were good, bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and supplies. Beds were comfortable and again plenty of pikes and blankets. Furniture in the house is older and worn but seemed to be clean and comfortable. A nice stay!

Great place for a large group!

This house was perfect for our large group of moms wanting a getaway for the weekend! The house was very spacious and fit our group of 14 perfectly. It was clean and up to date. The owner was great about communicating when we were dealing with a leaky refrigerator. I was a little nervous about the location, but overall we felt very safe. We all brought lawn chairs to sit on the front porch where we spent a lot of time in the evenings. We took a 4 minute walk to a cute coffee shop down the road (Flat Iron) and had an easy quick Uber ride to the downtown attractions and breweries. I would highly recommend staying here!

Friends weekend

Even though the house accommodated my friends comfortably. A couple notes for improvement:1.) main a/c couldn’t cool the property several bedroom and windows had to be open to decrease heat.2)the driveway is very narrow and tough getting cars in and out 3.)kitchen pots and pans need replaced they were either broken or terribly stained4.) front porch hand rail completely broken and can’t be used.

Accommodating accommodations

The host was very helpful letting us get in early and allowing us to keep bags there late. Also responsive when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat, which was not very intuitive. Place was pretty clean, but there were some ants in the bathroom. Appreciated having a garage for the car, but it is not an easy driveway to maneuver in, especially if you have more than one car. Location is great - an easy drive to anywhere in Cincy and you can walk to the OTR area as well as Eden Park with the Art Museum and even to the Riverfront if ambitious. Coming back will be a bit more challenging as it’s uphill. Right around the corner from the Taft House which was interesting. Would be nice to have some seating on the front porch as a nice hang out place.

Great weekend stay

We had friends come into town for a weekend wedding. The location was great and close proximity to downtown Cincinnati. There was plenty of parking as well. The host, Marshall. Was very accommodating and was an excellent communicator. Would recommend!

Great Cinci weekend stay!

House was very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room for 9 adults. Kitchen was well equipped. Renovations to the home were very classy! Our only complaint was the driveway. Our 60+ year old eyes had a tough time maneuvering in and out of the narrow drive.

In the center of it all

This house had all that we need. It had enough space for 12 people to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook Christmas dinner and the location was in the center of all of the activities that we wanted to do. The responsiveness of the owner was impeccable! Thank you!
