L'appart d'Albert - Authentic apartment + garage

You will spend an authentic stay in Lyon in my apartment, renovated, in an old building typically Lyonnais. At the foot of the metro Sans-Souci, you can quickly enjoy the most beautiful places of our beautiful city.

It is a bright apartment located in an old building, rather calm and typically Lyonnais. Located on the first floor whitout elevator. A garage is provided for free a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Regarding the bedding, sheets are provided, however 18€ of linen fee will be asked if you are 2 and you need 2 double beds. 

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. 

Thanks to our system of digicode the entry in the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM).

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.

By booking, you accept our security camera facing the front door only to control the number of travellers. It only views the front door to allow for an autonomous check-in and check-out. Data are saved for 10 days. You can express your rights by contacting us by messaging us on the website.
