This property located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. It’s great for a large group of families and friends. Ms. Kathy(host) is super nice and friendly and will do anything to accommodate your request. 10- STARS for the service! Will definitely be back!

Overall a decent stay and property. The property could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance. For example - the pool is generally nice but very warm water, the provided shampoo/bodywash clearly was old/crusty, and shower curtains were dirty. The house also clearly used to be a commercial property of some sort, as there were industrial fire alarms on the wall and exit signs throughout the house.

Excellent Choice for Families/Groups!

This property was more than adequate to accommodate our large group. Loved the layout of the house. Host was very responsive and provided us excellent recommendations. Backyard and pool is where we spent most of our time and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family needs. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great dining area and kitchen. It was located not too far from all planned activities. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit.

The house worked well for our trip. We liked that it was all on one level and family friendly. Having the grill and outdoor eating space was nice too. The pool was VERY cold, but it didn't keep the kids out. Thank you!

Great family hangout

This house was perfect as we had family members all staying at house for a Tampa event. Everyone had their own room and majority had own bathroom! Great kitchen and dining meet up area that is made for large groups. Pool and backyard is fantastic and pool is very well maintained. Was able to get laps in several times. Highly recommend for large groups. Quiet area but still close to all the grocery stores, etc.

Holiday in Tampa

Very nice property. Most Bedrooms with own bathroom. Large open area. Pool area was great. Close to many conveniences. Had some Tv and remote issues. Two large dinner tables was great. Grill was not great. A little more seating in living room area would be a nice upgrade. Some decorative touches would also compliment the very nice property. Would recommend for large family

Best Birthday Ever!!

Had a blast spending time with friends for my 50th birthday!! The house had ample space for our group of 20 and was located near Costco and other stores. The outdoor space was furnished with 2 covered seating areas next to a beautiful pool. So many amazing memories ❤️ The owners quickly responded when we had questions. And check out was fantastic…just needed to turn off the lights and lock the door. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful gem

I was looking for a place big enough to host a large group of family members for a reunion and came upon this place. Not only was the rental rate very affordable but the place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The host was even nice enough to offer the additional 2 bedrooms upstairs at no additional cost to us. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for our entire group. Highly recommended and we would certainly go back to this place for our next reunion. A+++

Spacious but older house

The good… plenty of space for a larger group. Pool was nice. The bad…. Older house. Looked newer on the pictures. Cleanliness was just ok. We needed to wipe down some areas. Overall grade C/C+

More than Enough

Everything was great! They are currently remodeling the upstairs deck . There is no doubt that it will also be great once complete. The property manager was excellent!!!! She was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. The pool and back yard was resort like and accommodated well!!! (Fire pit, pool, outside bar, propane grill, 2 gazebos, 12 lounge chairs and outdoor couches, basketball hoop) Lastly, the 9 bedrooms were nicely positioned throughout the house. We would highly recommend it to anyone vacationing with a large number of guests.

Nice but needs some upkeep

We had about 14 family members staying in the property and it fit everyone decently well but not all had bathrooms attached or nearby. Some of the beds were very squeaky/loud and some furnishings were a quite rickety. Some rooms slept very hot at night while others were cold. It was also very echoey/loud with no carpeting/rug in the main area. The floors left everyone’s feet dirty so they could be cleaned. The pool area was beautiful and lots of time was spent out there. Owners were very communicative and nice. Check in and out was easy but the property could use some TLC.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property back in 2018. When I stumbled upon the property I really didn't know what direction I wanted to go. I just knew the place had an extraordinary layout and was located in one of the best areas in all of Tampa Bay. One of my friends informed me that Tampa had a lack of housing options for large groups. The rest is pretty much history. I have been renting the property out for the last two years and the response has been better than I could have ever expected.
