Very nice residential neighborhood location. Pool was smaller than expected and the total number of beds is really 7 if including the pullout couch downstairs.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and neighborhood. Just to clarify for future guests, the home actually offers sleeping accommodations including 6 beds in the bedrooms, 1 queen sleeper sofa downstairs, 2 futons in the movie room, and 2 air mattresses stored in the closets if additional sleeping space is needed. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you had a great trip overall!

Ryan is the kind of host who truly sets the gold standard. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, the house was absolutely spotless and he followed up during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The space itself is incredible, luxurious, full of cool gadgets, unique touches, and charming flair throughout. It was the perfect setup for extended family to gather, with plenty of room for everyone to feel right at home. But what truly elevated this stay was Ryan. His attentiveness and warmth turned a great house into an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Very spacious house. This is actually the first rental I’ve stayed at that felt like a home. Everything else feels so staged but this felt like I was visiting family. The backyard is very fun to hang out in and don’t forget to utilize the entertainment room!!

One of the bedroom sheets had hair left behind from a previous guest. The living room sofa was noticeably dirty, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. The refrigerator also had residue from prior guests. Additionally, the Master room bathtub jets were not functioning. The hot tub was ok, but it lacked lighting for nighttime relaxation. I have reviewed and stayed at many VRBOs, and this experience was not worth the price.

I have been a Real Estate professional specializing in vacation rentals for 22 years. I work for Pineywoods Realty in downtown Tampa. Thru my short term rental experience I know what guests want in their vacation rentals and I provide all that and then some.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

There are very few high-end luxury vacation rentals offered in the Tampa Bay area especially in the prime location of South Tampa (south of Kennedy north of Gandy). This home is within 5 miles of 4 beaches. 4 Miles to the convention center Tampa General Hospital and Amalie Arena, 4 Miles to Raymond James Stadium. 10 Miles from Busch gardens. The home is located in a very safe family neighborhood with hundreds of restaurants nearby. We don't allow large events or parties since this is a quiet neighborhood.
